Airness

Siiii

HO ACQUISTATO 2 PAIA DI SCARPE DA BASKET JA1 MORANT 49.5
IL PRIMO PAIO DI SCARPE JA1 FUEL 49.5 L'HO ACQUISTATO DIRETTAMENTE SUL SITO DELLA NIKE
IL SECONDO PAIO DI SCARPE JA1 TRIVIA 49.5 L'HO ACQUISTATO DA AIRNESS DI MILANO

DOPO SOLAMENTE 3 VOLTE DI USO IL PLANTARE DELLA SOLETTA INTERNA SI STACCA DALLA SOLETTA DELLE SCARPE E SI DEFORMA, RENDENDO PRECARIA E PERICOLOSA LA STABILITA' DELL'ATLETA

L'ASSISTENZA NIKE MI HA IMMEDIATAMENTE ACCETTATO LA DIFETTOSITA' DEL PRODOTTO ED ACCETTATO IL RESO, RIMBORSANDOMI IN TOTO
MENTRE L'ASSISTENZA AIRNESS NON SOLO NON MI HA ACCETTATO IL RESO, PUR ESSENDO ENTRO I 14 GIORNI DALL'ACQUISTO E SAPENDO CHE NIKE AVREBBE ACCETTATO I RESI, (cosa che avrebbero dovuto attivare loro), MA HA MI HA PURE SNOBBATO E DERISO

People only leave a review if they have a bad experience. I ordered a pair of shoes outside Italy and they arrived in time. If you happen to have problems with them not delivering an order you can go to your bank and request a chargeback. The only complaint I have is that they didnt give me a tracking number and i woke up with a message from FedEx today.

I made a complaint about some basketball shoes, which, after 3 months of use only on the playing field, had holes in the shoes' air pockets. They asked for the sneakers to be returned and I sent them by mail to evaluate the material. They issued a voucher that cannot be used because it does not grant the discount. In addition, we have already exchanged 14 emails and they do not resolve the situation, nor does the voucher work, nor do they return the money. they are not professionals, I consider it a dishonest company. The purchase number was: nº33254320 for NIKE basketball shoes G.T. JUMP "LEVITATE"

Shop with 0 customer support, they are not responding to e-mails its impossible to get in touch via the phone number they have on their site. If you will experience any trouble regarding your order you wont get any help

I send back them shoes like return, now they dont want give me my refund and dont answer on my mails.
Scammeeeers, avoid this website...

Fckn fake site, they take your money and don't send anything, they don't answer emails.

How i wish i read the review for this webstore before i even bothered to check it. Ordered a shoe a week ago and until now I havent heard anything from them. I can’t understand why are they still allowed to do business. Hoping to get a refund, please can some body help?

Nessuna risposta a mail e chiamate,personale maleducato e menefreghista.

can someone help me i ordered on saturday on 31 december 2022 and my order still hasn't processed till now it just says placed , can someone tell me if this is normal please contact me at this gmail paypallover21 ,please. I spent a ton of money and maybe i'm just panicking but please someone contact and help me.

super bad shop. Cant recommend. Canceled all my orders without any notice. And i'm now struggling to get refund.

I bought multiple items for them most worked , but one the size wasn't right. I email on multiple occasions and they just plan out ignore you. If i could I would give 0 stars lf u could, because the there is no customer service all the seemingly care about is getting your money and then they could not care about anything else after. Do yourself a favour and go to a proper retail who will actually deal with you if you have an issue with your purchase. One of the worst experience I've had with a company.
