Do not book flights or hotels through Airpaz.
The airline cancelled the flight, so I requested a refund over Airpaz. I specifically called the customer service asking, whether I will get the money refunded on my card. Turns out the customer service lied and I have now an E-Voucher to exclusively rebook through Airpaz - instead of refunded money. What a Scam! I strongly advise against booking flights or hotels through Airpaz.

yup, they are horrible. In my more naive days I thought they were an airline, so booked with them a few times. But I had to cancel one of my flights a year ago, I'm sitting on a credit which I cannot use because their web site has been down for a week. I'd like to give them ZERO stars.

When I requested for refund I provided my bank account for cash refund but Airpaz denied refunding in cash and forced a refund voucher on me. How can Airpaz deny customers right for a cash refund and why did it even bother to ask for my bank account details?
The refund voucher is single-use only and is valid for 12 months from the date of issuance. Any remaining balance cannot be redeemed as cash or claimed for another refund.

"Free Refund" is a lie and legal actions I've taken

I bought an Economy Flexible ticket on Airpaz because their page clearly said: "Free Refund if cancelled 24h before departure". I requested a refund more than one month before departure – fully complying with their policy.
Result: I paid 2,378 AED for the return ticket. I only received 453 AED back (just 19%). No breakdown or explanation of the deduction.
Airpaz blamed the airline, saying they "proceed based on the airline's policy". But I paid Airpaz directly, not the airline. I never saw any airline rules at purchase.
Airpaz still has not provided any breakdown or responded properly.
Every one of us must take up legal weapons to fight for our rights!I will never tolerate this platform treating consumers like fools with such blatant scamming.
Legal actions I've taken:
1.Bank chargeback – Select "goods/services not as described"
2.Central Bank Sanadak platform – If your bank mishandles your dispute, complain against the central bank
3.Report to Dubai DED / Dubai Consumer. Category: Misleading advertising / Service not as described
4.UAE Ministry of Economy

Flight cancelled by airline. Next one is 48 hours later. Was told I would receive a refund but got a voucher valid for 12 months which I can't use. Scam company - don't use them.

Do not use AirPaz! Booked a non refundable flight but changeable. Tried 3 times to move my flight and checked that seats were available each time. They would not change my flight. Customer service were useless just kept telling me to resubmit a change request. Awful company and my fault for not reading reviews first. Don’t book through Airpaz! Update. They’ve responded still of no use. Saying I can’t change my flight even though seats available on all three change requests. DO NOY BOOK THROUGH AIRPAZ. Complete scam company..

Premetto che avevo già prenotato un biglietto di solo andata da Phuket a Chiang Mai, per la data venerdì 3 aprile 2026 (poi cambiata da me stessa per un giorno dopo cioè sabato 4 Aprile 2026) senza leggere le recensioni..
Ero molto ansiosa perché pensavo di essere stata truffata viste le recensioni che ho letto dopo (essendo che non avevo visto il sito diverso, e pensavo di aver prenotato con Vietjet.com), ma alla fine è andato tutto bene, scrivo questa recensione solo per smentire le recensioni negative, anche il cambio di data è andato bene senza intoppi.
Magari a volte capita di avere brutte esperienze, ma in ogni ambito capita

Shit website, dont repay the money of an cancelled flight. You only get an voucher. Biggest scam of all time. Also they add some high fee when your booking. Like 10€ administrative cost. Dont use there site or other platforms!

Remboursement impossible
Depuis le 30 novembre nous attendons un remboursement dû à une annulation de vol la veille, aucune aide ou solution n'a été fourni pour retrouver un autre vol et depuis nous recevons des mails automatique qui dit que l'argent est bloqué par la compagnie. C'est clairement des mensonges. IL FAUT FUIR CETTE PLATEFORME!!!

Avoid Airpaz!!
Booked a flight from Bali to Lombok with airpaz, they changed the flight time to an earlier time. Therefore we would miss our connection. Tried many times for a refund online & via phone with no success. Didn't realise they are a travel agent and not an airline...... we have disputed the claim with the bank but not sure we will get our money back. DO NOT USE AIRPAZ!!!!!!

J'ai eu une annulation par la compagnie aérienne emirates suite au conflit. Je n'ai jamais reçu de mail concernant l'annulation de mon vol ni de la part de airpaz ni de la part de emirates. Airpaz dit que ça a été fais mais c'est faux. J'ai du reprendre un vol le jour même par mes propres moyens. Airpaz me propose seulement un bon d'achat or je ne suis pas d'accord. De plus le montant sera déterminé par la compagnie aérienne or je souhaite etre remboursé de la totalité de la somme du billet au vu des manquements opérés par airpaz dans la communication. De plus j'ai repris un vol avec cette même application je leur paye donc doublement des frais et taxe aeroport ce jour même. Je souhaite un remboursement par argent. Je vais signaler airpaz pour les manquements et les mensonges, j'ai les preuves en screenshot.

I have made several attempts to contact your customer service team via phone and digital channels, but unfortunately, the responses have been unclear and have not led to a resolution.
I have also reached out to Air Arabia and trip customer service and it appears there is a lack of coordination between the involved parties, which is causing unnecessary delays.
I kindly request that Airpaz take ownership of this issue and provide:
1. A clear update on the refund status
2. The expected timeline for processing the refund
3. Confirmation once the refund has been initiated
Please treat this matter as urgent, as the delay is unacceptable and has caused considerable inconvenience.

Air Paz avoiding legitimate refunds
Very similar to a previous review. My son fractured his leg and was unable to travel. Despite submitting official documents from hospital which were accepted by travel insurance, Air Paz go out of their way to deny a refund. They constantly send generic emails until you give up. Appalling customer service and possibly the worst i have ever experienced.

BAD COMPANY
Booked a itinerary from Penang to Kuching, stop over in KL total 4 1/2 hour, flight from KL to Kuching cancelled and I was rebooked to later flight, 5 1/2 waiting in Kl I asked if they could help me change the first flinght to the next and the customer (not service) said I had to contact the flight company 😡they took a fee when I booked and no help.
Beside that the agent just closed down the conversation without notice and the problem wasn’t solved, NEVER USE THAT COMPANY

Horrible experience for getting a refundable ticket back
UPDATE: After repeated request for refund and after telling the company that my reason of refund was because the airline cancelled the flight and moved my flight to a week later and at the same time I was able to do the refund already from the airline and the airline returned the money to Airpaz, the agent finally agreed to initiate the refund for me in cash back to my bank.
I booked two refundable tickets from them for around 1200chf and when the airline cancelled that flight and moved my flight for a later date, of course I am entitled to a full refund. The airline refunded my money to Airpaz and when I started the refund to airpaz, they told me i’ll be getting a voucher instead that is valid for a year. My problem is I have no travel plans within a year so it will be useless. I asked them for a cash refund stating my reason but they wouldn’t do anything about it. They just kept insisting on me getting the voucher.
Did I just get scammed? Buying a refundable ticket for a higher price and not getting my refund in cash is absolutely terrible.
