Airport Transfer Istanbul レビュー 

I am an employee of this company. There is one review on this platform with a one-star rating. If you examine the review, you will understand that it has nothing to do with this company; this is clearly stated. The person who wrote the review criticized the airline, but the review was posted here. I am certain this was done maliciously, and I request that the authorities rectify this situation.

We were in transit t o get back home to Manchester. Every staff member was rude, inconsiderate and unhelpful. They spent hours body searching everyone including 2 year old children. When they ran out of time, they let all the adult men board the plane without any checks. They asked unnecessary questions. For example, how long you stayed in Tashkent? And why?Well if we stayed for 2 weeks instead of 5 days, would they not allow us to go back home? even the staff at shops were rude and dismissive. I hope the Middle East routes start again soon and we never have to use Turkish Airlines. I submitted my complaint to Turkish Airlines, never got a reply.
