Airportdrivingschool

Unfortunately, I didn't have a good experience with ADR school and I hope they can take a look at their services and improve them. I purchased a 6-hour EDT package based on a friend's recommendation from a few years ago, but I could see the quality has clearly dropped significantly since then.

Out of three scheduled 2-hour sessions, my instructor was late for two of them. When I asked him to make up for the lost time, he claimed he would not promise it as his schedule was too tight. While the office did eventually credit the time back after I called to complain twice, the situation created an uncomfortable and stressful environment for me. Driving lessons are stressful enough without having to fight for the time you paid for.

Furthermore, the instructor consistently ended the sessions 10 to 15 minutes early, he was always in a rush as he said he had the next lesson far away from me and was going to be late. Despite knowing that I already hold a driving license from another country and seeing that I could safely control the vehicle, he only allowed me to actually drive for about 1 hour out of each 2-hour lesson. I literally felt like I had to fight just to get behind the wheel. It felt entirely intentional, as if he was limiting my time on purpose to force me into booking more expensive lessons.

Clients pay a premium for these 2-hour blocks and deserve a supportive environment where they can make the most of their time. Instead, I felt cheated out of my practice time and respect. I left some credit (not too much)in my account with ADR as they wouldn't give me the money back, they said I could use the credit for the next time I book lessons with them. After I finished the 6 hrs lessons, I just went to another driving school as I didn't want to experience the same stress and frustration again.

A huge thank you to Airport Driving School (ADS) for helping me pass my driving test at Finglas Test Centre!

I completed my EDT lessons with other instructors before coming to ADS. While I did learn from my previous lessons, I also had a few experiences that affected my confidence. When I started taking lessons with ADS, I was really able to improve my driving, become more consistent with the important points, and most importantly, build my confidence.

The instructors at ADS are very professional, and booking lessons was always easy and convenient.

A special thank you to Aaron, who is honestly the best instructor I've had so far. I thought I was already good at driving, but Aaron was able to spot a lot of areas that I could still improve. He was very thorough and helped me understand and correct those points. Through his guidance, I became much more confident, consistent, and most importantly, a safer and smarter driver.
I'm really grateful to Aaron and the whole ADS team for their support. Passing my test was such a great feeling, and I would definitely recommend ADS, especially Aaron, to anyone preparing for their driving test!

FALSE ADVERTISING!!
This Driving school advertises all over their website that they provide driving lessons across the entire country if Ireland, however when you ring them and enquire about driving lessons you get told that "we are only based out of Dublin and Cork at the moment". Ridiculous false advertising. The Airport driving school should fix their advertisement and make it clear they only provide services to certain areas.

I did my EDT lessons with Aidan, Tara and Aaron, and was really happy with my experience with all three of them! They were always patient and supportive, and gave clear and helpful instruction. I found the Mock test with Tara particularly helpful - I was returning to driving lessons a few weeks after having a baby, and Tara's encouragement, feedback, and advice after my mock test was critical in boosting my confidence and helping me pass the test in the first go! Highly recommend all of them to anyone looking for lessons!

I was extremely pleased with my experience with Airport Driving School. Their customer service was prompt and helpful. My driving instructor, Michael, was kind, friendly, and a terrific teacher. He was patient, encouraging and really knows a lot about getting your driver license in Ireland. I am from the US , already had a license for several years already, and had the experience of being able to take half the number of classes for new drivers. Michael taught me how to drive manual after driving a lifetime on automatic. I would recommend Michael and Airport Driving School to anyone looking to have an stress-free experience!

Just finished my first lesson with Aaron and it was a fantastic experience. I’m 29 years old and 0 experience with driving. Aaron has the perfect approach that made me feel so comfortable. I look forward to the rest of the lessons ! Thanks a million Aaron. Couldn’t recommend enough !!

I have just passed my D1 bus test. Nigel has been a fantastic instructor, giving me all the advice, tips and skills for me to not only pass this test but to carry onto my new career. Could not be happier. I highly recommend Nigel and airport driving school. Thanks

I completed my EDT with Edward of Airport driving school. He had all the patience, professionalism and communicated clearly throughout the lessons. Edward never complicated the anxiety level on the first lesson because his reception was so warm as though we had met before. Thank you Edward.

Aaron made my learning driving experience much better than I expected. He breaks down things so simple that even a baby can drive. Would highly recommend ADS!

Mike my instructor was absoulty brilliant couldnt recommend more.

Had the best teaching from Michael.
A1 instructor, good technical knowledge.
Cleared the exam in the 1st attempt

Had my ADI stage 3 training with Michal which was intense to say the least but well worth it, as I passed my stage3 on the first attempt.
Easy guy to learn with and very professional.
Would highly recommend.

I did my lessons with Airport Driving School for my C licence, and I honestly cannot emphasise enough how amazing they were from start to finish.

My instructor was Nigel, and he was absolutely brilliant. He was so softly spoken and took the time to go through everything with me each time we went out for a drive, making every lesson enjoyable and fun.

Even on the morning of my test, Nigel had me feeling so relaxed and confident that the test itself felt easy — and I’m delighted to say I passed on my first attempt! 🎉

So, a big shout-out to Airport Driving School, and especially to Nigel. I couldn’t recommend you guys highly enough!

See you for the 40ft in November! 🚛😂 No pressure, Nigel! 😉

Stephen was my instructor and I passed first time in Tallaght. He was very patient and really made the experience as easy as possible and was always flexible with timings, lesson locations etc. Thanks for all your help Stephen!

garry mags and gavin were very entertaining and enjoyable to be around, they helped me how to drive and now i’m confident

Michal was a massive help. He was always very friendly, encouraging and optimistic, constantly offering constructive feedback in ways to improve. On top of that, he always maintained a positive attitude and I would not have been able to pass on my first attempt without him. Booking lessons was very easy, with very little to no hassle. Cannot recommend Michal and Airport Driving School enough.

I am with my TY class and I got a car lesson with their elite instructors. They went through a theory with us as well and offered us a one hour voucher if we complete all 12 lessons. I one hundred percent recommend if you want a fun important learning session for young adults. John, Aiden and Aaron all were my instructors and they were all very enthusiastic people who made the experience so magical.

I had a great experience with Airport Driving School. Before my test, I booked a couple extra lessons and booked with them for my test as well. Francis was the BEST instructor. So calm, patient, informative, encouraging. He really helped me feel completely prepared for my exam. By the time I was finished with my warm up drive before my exam, I felt confident I was going to pass on my first try! And I did! THANK YOU, Francis. I highly recommend him as your instructor!

Completed my C License lessons with Airport Driving School and successfully passed my test on first attempt. Everyone I interacted with was very friendly and professional. A big thanks to Nigel who was very patient and got me there. I would recommend Airport Driving School.

I had Aaron as my instructor, and I cannot recommend him enough. He is so fun, easy to talk to, and very informative. I had a great time learning from him. I passed my driving test first time, and it's all thanks to Aaron and Airport Driving School. I would give ten stars if I could!! :)
