Do you Spain.

I arrived in Malaga airport to pick up my car witch I had rented for 4 weeks, at OK Mobility. I had left my driving license and of course I did not get my car. But I told them I was able to receive my license two days later.

But Ok Mobility did NOT accept me to pick up the car two days later, even I had rented the car for 4 weeks.
I did not get any refund and ended up renting a new car.

I contacted DO YOU Spain, witch was in charge of the booking and they could neither change the date of pick up, two days later.

I lost all my money!

Its unfair to lose a month booking!


Horrible service from both Do YOU Spain and OK Mobility! Avoid these companies!!

Hi, have you found like we have, Orlando airport car hires have in some cases trebled. We flew into Melbourne airport. We needed 2 cars for our party one to be a minivan. My daughter booked the van which came to £1600. 🤦‍♂️ That was Hertz. I then found the minivan off airport site for £555. This was at Hertz N.Harbor Melbourne. The staff were very, cars were perfect. Return was very smooth as well. I asked why the same company had such big price differences, and was told Hertz at the airport is a franchise so charge what they like.
We did stay in a hotel for one night, as the off site Hertz shut at 17:00. If we all boycott the airport rentals, they’ll have to match off site prices.

Made booking from NZ, Picked up car in Barcelona Airport and drop off at San Sebastian airport 6 days later, (Keddy by Europcar, Europcar counter at Barcelona Airport)
All very smooth and really good price, no issues at all, will use again.

Airport rentals and Alamo France (Enterprise Holdings) charged us 3 times the price for our rental car. They took this from our cards and now they do not reply to our emails or calls. I would not trust them with my credit card again. Terrible experience and costumer service. Not recommended.

We've now used them in the UK 3 times and been fully satisfied every time. The prices you get for pickup at one airport and return to another are unbelievable, and with top-rate companies like Hertz as well!
