Quick deliver, and reliable

Saturday next day delivery. Week later, order is still on hold. Do not respond to emails.

Great service from these guys. Always happy to help and answer any queries over the phone. Will certainly be using them again.

Ordered a TM MP7 on a Sunday expecting a good 3 week wait being on a pre order a week later I had it ,doesn't get better than that

Placed an order on 25 January, money came out of my bank 28th January.

I emailed on Friday 29th and Monday 31st asking for a despatch date. Received no reply.

Finally I called them on Wednesday 2nd February and asked what was going on. I was told the RIF would be with them on Thursday 3rd February as the order was only placed on Monday 31st January!?

When I quested why they took the money 4 days before they bothered to order I was told it was due to them having a minimum spend with the wholesalers?

Was promised it would be with me today, Friday 04th February. Still not here and no tracking information.

Order on line and not received after 10 days. Message sent on FB ignored and tried calling. Sat in a call queue for 30 mins abs still didn’t get through!

Avoid at all cost.

Don’t bother with this company, many other Airsoft shops which will communicate with you and actually send out your goods. Ordered on the 2nd Dec and it’s now the 20th so have been massively let down on a Christmas gift.

Ordered a TM MP7 for my sons birthday understanding they were not yet in stock. Got a call from them telling me the black one I had ordered would not be restocking before December. They told me they had 1 tan one left in stock and as it was a present they said they would hold it for me whilst I asked my sone if he wanted a tan one or to wait for a black one. I called back an hour or so later stating the tan one would be perfect. I received this the very next day. Absolutely wonderful customer service in my opinion.

I received a call a couple of weeks ago from Scott the manager, as I had ordered a black MP7 letting me know they were getting a shipment of 60 before Christmas. I asked if they would be getting some tan ones in too and he said he didn’t know. I was ordering some gas and other bits so he said he would split the order and send me all the other stuff the ship me the MP7’s when they were in. He also said if they got both colours in they’d give me a call to give me a choice.

Exceptional service all round. Will definitely recommend to anyone and order again.

I saw a suppressor for my pistol online, its cost was £15 when I got to the shop its cost was £20 but after seeing it was still cheaper online they sold it too me for the lesser price. Will shop there again.
