Like many others out there, I have been working various years as a contractor, many a time,I’ve had to deal with Umbrella companies or agencies offering the same sort of system without any clear explanation of what is involved in the process.

Unfortunately it has been getting more and more difficult to keep track of how one can work in this industry legally and abiding the law.

When I first came across Airtalent, I was frankly hesitant as I had many questions and queries Luckily thanks to word of mouth and being recommended by other members of AirTalent I decided to approach the company.

Communication has been great, they were very patient with me as naturally i had many doubts. Overall the on-board experience with the management has been refreshing and nerve settling. I would highly recommend Airtalent if you looking at transitioning into the contracting side of Aviation.

Professional service with great communication and support.
They handle all the administrative burden, especially the A1 forms and tax compliance, allowing you to just focus on work.
They sort out A1 certificate incredibly quickly and it's rare to find an agency that handles the paperwork this smoothly.
Highly recommend.
