Absolutely amazing customer service, ordered late at night and first thing the next morning I received a phone call from Ben thanking me for the order and updating me regarding delivery etc! Speedy delivery & excellent customer service. I had a minor concern with the product when it had arrived, so I took some pics and sent an email, not really expecting a response that evening. However I was called straight away. Fortunately there was no need to move forward with my concerns. The product is in good order and I would buy from them again, because I feel if there was a major issue, they would help solve the problem.

I can not begin to say how highly I would recommend this company to purchase gymnastic equipment. The customer service is better than any I have ever received. From date of purchase to delivery Ben stayed in touch regularly, he went above and beyond to sort out delivery when DHL delayed.
