Ik dacht dat ik een fout had gemaakt om bij ajet te boeken (door de reviews) maar blijkt gewoon allemaal onzin te zijn.

Ik snap de slechte ervaring die mensen hebben gehad echt niet. Ik heb helemaal geen problemen gehad, alleen dat ik mijn naam verkeerd had ingevuld. Ook dat is netjes opgelost met de klantenservice van ajet, daarbij heb ik zelfs snachts gebeld en ook toen stonden ze bereid om me te helpen en ze zijn altijd vriendelijk geweest. Mensen verwachten van een low budget maatschappij 5 sterren vip behandeling, schandalig.

Misinformation led to financial harm - 0 accountability

I am posting this to document my experience clearly.
On the day of travel, I was first told that my connection was “at risk” and that I may not make it. I explained that if any delay caused a missed connection, the airline would need to provide re-routing.
Following consultation with a manager, I was then informed that the flight was cancelled. This statement is recorded.
Relying on that information, I accepted a refund and arranged alternative travel at significant personal expense.
I later discovered that the flight had in fact operated (it was delayed, not cancelled), and tickets continued to be sold. When I called back, I was informed the flight was delayed rather than cancelled.
The discrepancy between what I was told and the operational reality resulted in approximately £400 in additional costs.
This matter is under formal dispute. I would strongly advise passengers to independently verify flight status where possible.

Abusive Staff!

I am writing to share a very disappointing experience on flight VF1987 from Istanbul to London Stansted (10:35am departure, 11:45am arrival).

I have been a frequent traveler for many years and have never encountered such unprofessional and aggressive behaviour from a member of cabin crew. Throughout the flight, the flight attendant, Taner, repeatedly shouted at passengers in a demeaning and confrontational manner. There was no courtesy, no professionalism, and no basic respect shown — not even simple “please” or “thank you.”

During the flight, I was abruptly woken up by the flight attendant physically poking me in the head and aggressively demanding that I return to my assigned seat. Earlier, another passenger had taken my seat, and I had already informed the crew, which is why I had relocated. Despite calmly explaining this, I was treated in a hostile and disrespectful manner.

When I objected to the way I was being spoken to and attempted to record the interaction for my own protection, the situation escalated further. He raised his voice and physically blocked my phone to prevent me from filming.

Unfortunately, I was not the only passenger subjected to this behaviour. Several others were addressed aggressively, whether they were attempting to use the restroom or simply moving within the cabin. The overall atmosphere created by this crew member was intimidating and uncomfortable.

What was particularly concerning was that when I raised the issue with other crew members, they defended his conduct without having witnessed the interaction themselves.

This level of behaviour is completely unacceptable in any customer service environment, especially in aviation where professionalism and respectful communication are essential. No passenger should feel intimidated, disrespected, or physically touched in an aggressive manner.

I sincerely hope the airline investigates this matter thoroughly, as this experience does not reflect the standards passengers should expect.

Terrible service

Terrible service, I've never experienced worse. The flight was delayed for almost a day. We spent five hours at the airport, chaos, no one knew anything, and one bus picked up passengers every 90 minutes all night. No water, no meal vouchers. Even though Pegasus, in the same situation, immediately took all the passengers to their hotels and brought water. If you want to ruin your trip, this is the place to go!

Worst company ever wheelchair was provided only in Dubai while am pregnant. Their flight from turkey to Algiers was delayed made me miss Algeria domestic flight the luggage took three hours then one of the branded cases was missed they left it in turkey. They ignored my multiple requests for help. No answer rudeness my meds r there and am left without pregnancy clothes nd meds they tell me to pick it up from Algiers while am 7hours drive far from it I live in the east spoke to ajet agent via common call with trip.com whom I booked from nd the guy offers to contact Algiers bureau nd request they deliver to me instead of apologizing for the late luggage nd the terrible treatment for a pregnant lady he tells the lady of trip dot com about me while am there she should be calling me very disrespectfully saying it while am present he even told me I am speaking with her not you. I donno what can of gangster company is that o do not recommend the same experience to this day since the 28th of December they lost my case no apology whatsoever no contact am still without my case m.

Zijn harteloze mensen, vlieg niet met ajet

Zijn harteloze mensen! Tijdens het inchecken om in het vliegtuig te gaan werden we aan de kant gezet om te betalen voor bagage. Eerder was ons bagage al goedgekeurd, maar we moesten 50 euro per persoon betalen. Omdat we uit het buitenland komen werkte de bankpas niet. Dus werd een e-mail verstuurd, wat er lang duurde om te versturen, we werden compleet verwaarloosd en de mensen deden erg gemeen! We werden niet goed geholpen! De bankpas lukte niet en we hadden geen genoeg contant geld bij ons, wat ze daarom niet accepteerden! Uiteindelijk mochten we het vliegtuig niet meer binnen, ookal hadden we nog tijd! Dit is complete bull shit! De mensen zijn super onbeschoft, harteloos en waardeloos! Vlieg niet met ajet. Betaal beter voor een wat duurde vlucht dan dat je met ajet gaat!

Témoignage complet – Expérience avec AJet (vol VF10)

Je souhaite partager mon expérience récente avec la compagnie AJet (ex-AnadoluJet) afin d’informer d’autres voyageurs et d’alerter sur des pratiques qui m’ont causé un stress important.

Contexte
• Vol : VF10
• Trajet : Paris Charles-de-Gaulle (CDG) → Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen (SAW)
• Billet acheté via Expedia

1) Impossibilité de check-in en ligne

Le check-in en ligne était impossible en raison d’une erreur de genre (affiché “male” au lieu de “female”) dans le systÚme de la compagnie.
J’ai :
• contacté Expedia (qui m’a indiqué que le problÚme ne venait pas d’eux),
• contacté la compagnie aérienne,
• rempli un Feedback Form comme demandé.

La compagnie m’a répondu que l’erreur avait été corrigée, mais le check-in restait impossible.
On m’a alors demandé de me présenter trÚs tÃŽt au comptoir d’enregistrement pour régler la situation.

2) Présentation anticipée au comptoir et surbooking

Je me suis présentée trÚs tÃŽt au comptoir d’enregistrement, conformément aux instructions de la compagnie.
À ce moment-là, l’agente m’a indiqué que j’avais été « sélectionnée par le systÚme » en raison d’un surbooking du vol.

Il m’a été précisé que je n’avais pas le choix, que l’enregistrement ne pouvait pas être effectué immédiatement et que je devais attendre jusqu’à 12h45 pour savoir s’il restait une place disponible, alors que le vol était prévu à 13h45.

Mon enregistrement n’a finalement été effectué qu’à 13h00, aprÚs plus de deux heures d’attente, ce qui a généré un stress important et une incertitude quant à l’embarquement.

3) Attente forcée et traitement inéquitable
• Une autre passagÚre était dans une situation similaire, mais elle a pu choisir avec un autre agent, ce qui n’a pas été mon cas.
• J’ai eu trÚs peu de temps pour passer les contrÃŽles de sécurité et rejoindre la porte d’embarquement, ce qui m’a obligée à courir pour ne pas manquer le vol.

4) Valise cabine imposée en soute et endommagée

En raison du surbooking et du retard dans mon enregistrement, ma valise cabine a été imposée en soute faute de place en cabine, sans que cela corresponde à mon choix initial.

À mon arrivée, j’ai constaté que ma valise avait été endommagée (cassée). Ce préjudice matériel est directement lié à la gestion du surbooking et à l’enregistrement tardif imposé par la compagnie.

5) Démarches aprÚs le vol

J’ai déposé deux réclamations officielles via le Feedback Form de la compagnie :
• la premiÚre concernant l’erreur de genre et le check-in,
• la seconde concernant le surbooking, l’attente forcée, le stress et la valise endommagée.

À ce jour, la seconde réclamation n’a pas encore reçu de réponse.

6) Conclusion
• Je n’ai jamais renoncé à mon voyage et j’ai finalement voyagé sur le vol initial VF10.
• Toutefois, les conditions ont été extrêmement stressantes, avec :
• un refus initial d’enregistrement,
• une mise en attente forcée,
• une valise cabine imposée en soute et endommagée,
• un manque de transparence et d’organisation de la part de la compagnie.

Je partage ce témoignage afin que d’autres voyageurs soient informés et puissent anticiper ce type de situation.

Betrugsversuch?

Ich habe die FlÃŒge fÃŒr meine Eltern gebucht. Aus gesundheitlichen GrÃŒnden konnten sie den ersten Hinflug nicht in Anspruch nehmen und haben einen neuen Hinflug gebucht.

Der RÌckflug blieb unverÀndert.

Am Flughafen wurden sie beim RÃŒckflug gezwungen neue Tickets zu kaufen, da die Tickets storniert seien.

Das war nie der Fall und ich bekam keine dahingehenden Informationen.

Auf meine Beschwerde hieß es, sie seien doch zurÃŒck geflogen.

Ja, ihr Genies, mit neuen teuren Tickets im halbleeren Flugzeug.

AuffÀllig ist, erst sollte es klappen, dann wurde die Mitarbeiterin ins BÌro gerufen und dann war es komischerweise storniert.

Hinzu kommen permanente FlugzeitÀnderungen.

Wir werden rechtlich vorgehen.

Nie wieder AJet.

DO NOT BOOK WITH AJET. The flight we took booked by AJet was from Antalya-Istanbul-Stansted. AJet booked our connecting flight, and upon arrival in Istanbul we were told we “missed” our boarding connection even though they were booked together by the airline

We were then rebooked onto the a next flight which was due to depart 7 HOURS LATER! Staff were exceptionally rude and if you are an English speaker good luck because you will not understand a thing and be left even more confused. Staff offered us one free meal from a list and told us no compensation would be allowed. This just highlights the poor coordination on Ajets flights which could have been avoidable. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS AIRLINE. PASSENGERS BE CAUTIOUS.

Terrible customer service experience with Ajet Airlines

On Wednesday, October 15, 2025, around 03:00 a.m., I experienced a serious issue at the Ajet sales office in Gaziantep Airport in Turkey. Despite making the payment successfully by credit card, Ajet failed to issue my flight ticket.

After contacting Ajet online customer service, I was told there might be a “system update or maintenance” and was directed to resolve the issue at the Ajet sales desk in the airport.

When I explained the situation to the sales staff, I was met with indifference and rudeness. As I tried to defend my rights as a customer, the conversation escalated into a verbal confrontation, eventually requiring the involvement of the police. From the staff’s own statements, it became clear that Ajet had oversold tickets, which explained why my ticket had not been issued, yet tickets for the same flight were still being sold on Ajet’s website at that very moment.

Customers should not bear the cost (in time, stress, or money) of a company’s profit-driven errors. This incident clearly shows that Ajet Airlines lacks an effective solution plan for such problems.

Additionally, the attitude and communication style of the staff demonstrated that they are either not properly trained in customer service, or Ajet as a company tolerates such behavior as part of its internal culture.

I am currently pursuing my legal rights to seek compensation for the financial and emotional damage caused, and I strongly urge Ajet to take disciplinary action and provide proper training for the personnel involved, so that no other passengers experience similar mistreatment in the future.

I kindly request that my financial and emotional losses resulting from being unable to complete my scheduled flight be taken into serious consideration.

I would give 0 if there's such option

I would give 0 if there's such option. This organization lost my baggage, but delivered it after 2 days to my home, but with missing medicines. People who handled it simply stole it from my bag. Utterly disgusting organization. Never again ajet. Better to pay a bit more and have a piece of mind.

Zeer teleurstellende ervaring met Ajet. Ik kocht een Premium-ticket en selecteerde mijn stoel — dat is bevestigd in mijn e-mail. Bij het online inchecken ontdekte ik dat ik zonder uitleg of waarschuwing was overgeboekt naar een Economy-plek. Pogingen om hulp te krijgen via klantenservice leverden geen snelle of nuttige oplossing op, terwijl ik morgen al vlieg. Verwacht betere communicatie, compensatie of terugbetaling van het prijsverschil.

They charged 150 eur from my bank


They charged 150 eur from my bank account during ticketing process and they didnt even provide the flight ticket .i called customer service and they said there was an issue in the system and asked me to buy new ticket which is 190 eur now .

I want my money back . They have ridiculous system . I ll complain to civilian aviation authority. I ask for charge back from my bank . You are shameless company

Never again Ajet. Terrible company

I booked a flight from Turkey to Vienna. Then I cancelled it. It was written that they will refund the money in 2-7 working days. It’s been 12 working days and still nothing. When I call, they say yes we see on the system that it’s cancelled but we can’t help more. I should wait. Writing mail, nothing. Such irresponsible and disgusting service. I will never fly with this airline again. I suggest everyone the same.
EDIT: They answered my feedback.
“ After reviewing your ticket, we found that you received a refund for the payment you made via physical POS device.”
I received nothing btw. Obviously they don’t want to pay back or we will do it hard way.

Very disappointing experience with AJet (booked via Booking.com)

I booked a connecting flight with AJet (Riyadh ➝ Istanbul ➝ Trabzon) for August 2, 2025.
AJet changed the Riyadh–Istanbul flight, which caused me to miss my connection to Trabzon.
Despite this change being their responsibility, they refused to reschedule the second leg without charging an additional fee.
I received no effective support from either AJet or Booking.com.
Unprofessional handling, poor coordination, and no accountability. I do not recommend flying with AJet, especially on connected itineraries.
