Amid challenging circumstances, the team at the Wallace Road office extended courteous and professional service to me. Their assistance was not only appreciated but also very beneficial. On the day of the service, this high level of care was consistently extended to my family members as well. Their professionalism throughout the process made everything more manageable from beginning to end.

Adrian at A J Lloyds helped me with my decision on the wishes my dad had left for his cremation, he explained the whole process from the collection of dad from the hospital to the collection of his Ashes, and even making sure a letter was written for the airport knowing we were taking him back home to Ireland so we would have no issues there.
Adrian rang me to say dad was in thier care and his suit had been put on him and he was looking very "dapper" which gave a lovely warm image I was very grateful for.
The care and compassion each person gave from the team helped at the hard and sad time both my brother and myself and family were experiencing but Adrian went above and beyond to ease the whole situation .
Thank you for your care it meant so much at our sad time .

Darren helped us through what was a very difficult time for us. We were able to have exactly the service we wanted to celebrate the life of our Great Aunt and say goodbye.

An extremely upsetting and difficult journey made a little easier with their help and advice in making lots of decisions, so that the day was as perfect as it could be.
