The recruitment process has been ok for me, the online training & training day was sent out & arranged very quickly.

Very helpful staff, Rowen has been very helpful with communication and accommodating my needs as far as helping with travel if needed! Having regular check ins and keeping me up to date with the process has made me feel very much at ease

I have only spoken to Rowen during my application and I’m still in the process. She spoke to me on the phone before my video interview and I like how she addresses every sections of the interview. She’s is a lovely person.

The interviewer was lovely I felt at easy and comfortable, the communication via email was so explanatory and I really feel welcomed and can’t wait to be part of the team😊

I worked with Ben Carter when applying for a new permanent post. He was extremely pleasant and personable and was genuinely interested in getting to know me so he could present me to the organisation in the best way possible. He kept me updated without overwhelming me, appreciated that I was still busy in my current role and was a great cheerleader when I needed a boost.

A great agency, they have plenty of work and ensure you are accommodated for. The onboarding process was really easy, they kept in contact with me throughout it to ensure I knew what was happening. The team are really friendly, and a delight to work with.
