From the very start, Russell has demonstrated excellent service and deep knowledge of IT systems. His ability to manage migrations, solve complex technical issues, and explain solutions clearly makes working with AJT a real advantage for any business looking for dependable IT support.

From the very first conversation with Matt, we felt we were in safe hands. Our company needed a full migration of our Microsoft Exchange service, which we expected to be disruptive, complicated, and costly. Instead, the process was seamless, stress-free, and delivered below budget. That alone would have been enough to earn a strong recommendation.

But what really sets this team apart is the way they go beyond expectations. After completing the migration, they turned their attention to some long-standing issues on two of our computers. Both machines were running slowly and holding us back, but within a short time Matt’s team had them working better than ever — quickly, economically, and with impressive efficiency. It’s rare to find IT support that combines deep technical expertise with such a practical, solution-focused approach.

Sharna and Neil were fantastic throughout, bringing professionalism, patience, and a friendly manner that made the whole process a pleasure. They are a real credit to Matt and to the business as a whole.

Looking back, we honestly wish we had made this move years ago. Hindsight is a wonderful thing, but what matters now is that we have a system that runs smoothly, a faster and more reliable setup for our team, and an IT partner we can trust going forward.

We've recently moved to AJT and the service thus far has been superb. The transition from our previous IT supplier was incredibly smooth and well managed. The whole team are brilliant to deal with and super friendly. They take an incredibly proactive approach and are always on hand to discuss short terms issues but also long term strategy.

I have worked with AJT Managed IT for many years and have no hesitation in recommending them. I have used them in a large business context and also in my own home. They can easily operate on both levels. My experience of solving issues with them is that they are always available, quick to respond and, if the issue cant be solved remotely, quick to come to site.

AJT have provided us with cabling infastructure across multiple University buildings. Their work is of a high quality and they are always onsite at agreed times and communication is excellent. Highly recommended.

AJT were quick to understand our drivers as a small consultancy. They were open and transparent from the outset, patiently supportive and continuously professional. They seem to be big enough to keep my nerves calm but small enough to maintain a personal connection.

We recently used AJT to migrate from standard email to Office 365. Matt, Russell, Neil, and Sharna made what's usually a stressful process seamless. Their communication was excellent, and they ensured all our staff were fully supported. We’ll use them again and recommend their services to anyone.

Having struggled for a while with the internet and TV connection at Burgess Hill Rugby Club, AJT came in a proposed a new solution. Within a week we had a full speed wifi, LAN and TV signals that our members can enjoy. The payment machines now reach the BBQ area and we can provide wifi to supporters on matchdays when the club is particularly busy. Brilliant solution and wonderful team to boot.

Matt and the team at AJT have been brilliant from start to finish. My wife and I are both sole traders who work from home and having a solid IT set up is so important to what we do. The team are friendly, communicate brilliantly and their IT skills are off the scale.

AJ Taylor have been our managed service provider for many years. They are great people who are quick to respond to any queries and guide us towards following best practices around IT.

Matt and the team have done a brilliant job of supporting us since we selected them as our new IT support and solutions provider. We had previously used a range of different support companies, and had ended up with a complicated and confusing environment that was plagued with difficulties and issues.

AJT have made life very easy – they have given us straightforward, effective advice and they are super responsive to support queries. We have been especially blown away by their speed in resolving technical issues raised by our staff. It doesn’t matter who we speak to, they resolve the problem calmly and help us to understand how to avoid the problem in the future. On top of this, Matt has been proactive in telling us what we need to be doing with our IT next and why. Sharna and Neil have also been particularly excellent in looking after us.

IT used to be our biggest operational problem and talking point. Now we don’t need to worry about it because we know AJT have it covered.

AJT took over our firmwide IT support in September this year and we have been really impressed by how approachable and helpful they have been so far. Their pro-active assistance and speed at which they resolve any tickets raised has been excellent and we are so pleased to have them looking after our IT.

We are a business with 2 offices in Sussex which needed to replace our old server and email solution with an up to date server and cloud email. AJT managed our transition is a highly efficient and very successful manor. They fielded all staff queries in a very prompt manor and now feel like part of our team! Long may it continue!
