Boots arrived eventually but very poor quality and fit. I have sent numerous emails requesting details on how to return and refund. No response. Claim to be UK company but items shipped from China. Don't waste your money. Scam!!!!

I haven’t received my item which I paid next day delivery for and now they are ignoring my messages. Before I ordered I asked them a general question about delivery and I got a response within 24 hours however now I raised an issue with them regarding my order, they are ignoring my messages. I wouldn’t even trust any good reviews on here. One of the worst companies to deal with.

I returned my boots because they’re terrible quality and you have refused to give me a refund as your tracking number doesn’t work!! Scam!! Even Instagram sent me a message asking if I thought you were a scam company!!

Very disappointed with customer service I ordered the wrong size (my mistake) but emailed them as soon as the confirmation email came through.

Emailed again the same day to say that I had made a mistake, this time I had an email to say that the order had gone out as no-one had seen the previous email.

And I’ve been charged £6.94 to do the return. Great business model penalise the customer if they need to make a return so you make money anyway

Basically do not use.

I ordered a pair of gladiator sandals to wear on holidays. One strap broke in the first hour of wearing them. Never buying from this company again!

Paid next day delivery for a pair of boots last Tuesday and status on Royal Mail shows they are yet to receive them. Have emailed 3 times chasing this and no response.

I ordered a pair of sandals for my holiday on 27th April and paid next day delivery. I received a dispatch email. The courier has still not received the sandals. I contacted customer services on 29th April explaining the urgency and the issue. I received an email on 30th April saying someone will look into it and get back to me urgently. I have received nothing and I will be without my sandals for my holiday that I planned my outfits around. The fact they don’t have a contact number makes it so stressful. I’m really disappointed. I’ve had to pay more money for different sandals from somewhere else so I am out of pocket.

Edit - I have just received an email at 6pm saying they can send another pair out tomorrow but I won’t receive them for tomorrow. I am really disappointed. They have offered a refund but it is a real shame you can’t rely on next day delivery.

Bought a pair of boots for £60 - and paid £14.99 postage. Only to find out the EXACT same boots, down to the tiny little label on the inside, AND the delivery box they came in were on SHEIN for £20🙄 I wrote to them, they denied any knowledge and insisted their product was there own. So disappointed.

Ordered some cowboy boots on the 4th Feb, and got an email to say they were dispatched. Baring in mind I paid next day delivery, they have still not arrived and I am getting no response via email. Very disappointed as needed these for a specific event.

Lovely designs but awful quality and poor customer service, I’ve bought two pairs of sandals from this company now but both times they have fallen to pieces after just a few wears. I tried to get in contact this time and received no reply after multiple attempts at messaging and emailing. Sad because the shoes are cool but I wouldn’t waste my money here again.

Great boots received slightly damaged nothing to cry about they look amazing on. Customer service were helpful

I have ordered a few pairs of shoes from AJvoyage… cowgirl boots and sandals. The product quality is 10/10. I get so many compliments on my footwear so forever recommending AJvoyage and i will continue to be a loyal customer 😊 keep up the good work!

Bought the CIARA Chunky Platform Sandals - Black - UK 4 / Black, had them for a month before the straps completely broke. Wouldn't bother wasting my money again. Such a shame the quality is so poor when the shoes look lovely. Keep your money.
