Stay well clear, my last review was removed. Worst experience of my life, I was left with no teeth and told the company had been closed down by roman

Would not recommend to even my worst enemy!

My friend has come back from Turkey with no teeth. She went there for repairs and a new set on her previous set of veneers. They left her with no temporary and sent her home for 3 mitnhs in a liquid diet. She has been informed by other dentists to sue this comonay for negligence. They should not have removed all of her teeth in the first place, she has now been left to go to another dentist to help her and they have also recommended that she sues them. That was not what she went there for and her teeth were not ina condition that they needed fully removed. She has had to take months off work over it and pay out again for another place to sort them out. She is suffering with ptsd from the whole experience and it has shattered all her confidence in dentists. I cannot believe they left her with nothing and thought it was ok that she was on a liquid diet for 3 months with no temporary teeth. Unacceptable

I've had all on six impants done and Roman have been always helpful, staff been very careful and carying about me will recomand to anybody it was a great expirience thanks

I had a great experience at this dental clinic. The prices were reasonable, and they use state-of-the-art equipment. The staff was very well-trained and professional. Şinasi assisted me very well and spoke fluent English, making communication easy. Dr. Duygu did an excellent job with my treatment. I highly recommend this clinic!

Real 5 star experience with Akar Dental in Antalya.
Roman was always on hand and help with everything.
Exclusive Benz Van was waiting me at the Airport to take me to the Hotel.

Next day, the team did long consultation and they had a new plan for me, so even was cheaper than we had deal it in London.
I read reviews before as someone said: the clinic want do extras and asking more money.
No, this absolutely not true

The clinic modern and clean, the technology what they using visible is up to date.

My surgery was done (open sinus, extraction, implant and i didnt feel any pain.

Also the anestetic injection was not giving me an extra adrenalin feel to my blood pressure, like anywhere else i felt in London or in Budapest. They using newest technology I think.

Roman also was helped to me with some other personal situation what happenned with me, so thank you again.
You can talk to him at any time he always there for you to help ( i was arriving alone to Antalya, so all help abroud is good and make you feel not lost in the big city)

I will be back in August, looking forward to see my nice new Teeth under the sun.

Just to inform people getting the teeth sorted was alright ....but the temporary teeth are rubbish I was told they would last but mine are breaking within 2 months..so am very wary about getting my perminant done by these

Very much happy with the result of my treatment. Very fast process and clinic is immaculate. My dentist/doctor did a fantastic job. No real complaints! to be picky I would just say it felt a bit too fast at times but that's probably is down to tight schedules and they want everything run smoothly. Spoke to many other customers at the clinic and everyone had positive reviews. Accommodation was really nice and really like the area of antalya wasn't too touristy and didn't get hassled by anyone! It's a 10 minute taxi to the old marina.

Ich habe mir eine Wurzelbehandlung und eine Krone am vorderen Schneidezahn bei der Akar Dental Clinic machen lassen und bin absolut begeistert. Ein besonderer Dank geht an Roman, der die Terminplanung perfekt organisiert hat. Er hat mir zu jedem Termin einen Shuttle vom Hotel und zurück bereitgestellt und am Abreisetag sogar den Transfer zum Flughafen organisiert. Das war wirklich ein sehr angenehmer Service!

Dr. Celal ist ein äußerst professioneller Zahnarzt. Innerhalb einer Woche hat er ein hervorragendes Ergebnis erzielt. Er und sein Team waren unglaublich freundlich, haben mir alles genau erklärt und sind auf all meine Bedürfnisse eingegangen. Ich fühle mich rundum zufrieden und kann die Akar Dental Clinic nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Roman and the team well the whole company itself were absolutely brilliant from start the chauffeur driver too the receptionist the facilities the advance equipment they have is second to none the efficiency of them even the hospital experience was 10/10 I can't express myself enough when I say if you going to get turkey teeth I wouldn't go anywhere else the price as well I had
1. A sinus operation
2. A bone graft
3.8 teeth took out and half of 1 the had cracked in half
4. 6 implants in top jaw
5. 4 implants in bottom jaw
6. Full mouth of stitches
That was all done in 1 operation
And do you know what I wasn't even in that much pain I give them a 10/10

Ich muss jetzt hier ein einfach mal einiges klarstellen zu den ganzen Bewertungen vor mir. ich selber habe mir ein online Angebot von Lara geholt. Sie ist sehr kompatibel und auch mit dem Preis war ich gegenüber Deutschland sehr zufrieden. Also ging es im Mai in Richtung Türkei. Ohne Partner komplett auf mich allein gestellt und mit dem Gedanken was kommt auf mich zu.
Ich wurde direkt am Flughafen von dem Fahrservice abgeholt, der mich fast in der Nacht noch zu meinem Hotel gebracht hat. Ich war sehr überrascht ein nagelneues Hotel mit Superbetten und super Personal. Am nächsten Tag wurde ich gegen Nachmittag, damit ich ausschlafen konnte in die Klinik geholt wieder mit einer Limousine Dort wurden die Röntgenaufnahmen und 3-D Aufnahmen gefertigt und mit mir alles weitere besprochen. Dann wurde mir gesagt, dass der OP Termin am Sonnabend stattfinden wird. Am Sonnabend wurde ich wiederum von der Limousine abgeholt und in die Klinik gebracht, wo ich dann operiert worden bin fast viereinhalb Stunden, da bei mir eine böse Zyste im Oberkiefer saß , die richtig professionell von einer jungen Chirurgen entfernt wurde danach ging es für mich wieder ins Hotel, wo ich keinerlei Schmerzen empfunden habe. Ich war sehr überrascht, dass ich am nächsten Morgen auch ohne Zähne etwas frühstücken konnte, obwohl es eine schwere Operation war darauf dem Montag, wurden bei mir schon die provisorischen untersten Zähne festgesetzt, so dass ich schon mal unten wieder feste Zähne hatte. Für oben musste leider durch die Heilung sechs Monate ein Provisorium hergestellt werden, was noch herausnehmbar ist. Bei jedem Besuch in der Klinik wurde ich von allen höflich empfangen. Es gab was zu trinken mir wurden Fragen beantwortet, und auch der Fahrservice war 1A er fuhr mich in meiner Freizeit sogar zu einem Flohmarkt und zu dem Basar wenn ich Langeweile hatte alles dies hat Lara organisiert. Vielen lieben Dank an euch alle. Ich bin sehr zufrieden und freue mich schon im Oktober meine festen Zähne zu bekommen. Die echten dann. Zum Schluss möchte ich nur noch mal erwähnen, dass ich volles Vertrauen in diese Klinik gesteckt habe, und mit vollen Erwartungen wurde alles erfüllt. We were going to Türkiye to meet up with our daughter for their 2nd week of her holiday with the Grandchildren. It was only 48hrs before leaving the UK (on a Saturday) did I decide to look at having dental work done.

We were only in Türkiye for 7 days so I wanted to choose carefully the clinics I visited. I wanted to still have family time, as well as dental time.

I had previously had allot of work done 10years ago in Budapest which was a significant improvement to my original teeth, but I was not happy with the colour and with time technology has improved and I was always sad that I went for a non white colour.

I had some money left from my sisters estate from when she sadly passed and my wife always said it was my money to do with what I wanted, as I had used the majority of it to get a stairplace for our home.

I had arranged to visit 2 dental practices purely from reviews. 1 had 1,000's of reviews and 1 not so many, but for the amount that they had, they were all 5*

Practice 1. Was 'Dentakay' and 'Rick'
Practice 2. Was 'Akar Dental' and 'Roman'

I arranged to meet Practice 1, on the Monday morning and Practice 2, in the afternoon, both were in Antalya, Türkiye and we were staying 90mins away from both practices.

Both dental practices were aware of my intentions. Both were happy and understandable with my way forward.

I promised both that I would make my decision within one hour of visiting 'Akar' Practice 2, on the Monday afternoon.

I was adamant that I would only look at two practices as you can get bogged down and overloaded when you have to many 'irons in the fire'.

Both dental practices promised to give me a 100% dental treatment experience, but one would certainly get 0% for this promise.

Before we left the UK for Türkiye, Roman from dental 'Practice 2' suggested that he arranged VIP private pick up from Antalya Airport to the hotel and I this was a very kind touch from 'Roman' and 'Akar Dental' which had the fewer Trust Pilot reviews.

I did not ask for this and it was a very kind gesture, but it was not going to taint my decision either way. My visit to both practices and my experiences on the Monday would do that.

When we arrived at Antalya Airport Türkiye, 11/05/24 it was very busy as many flights from the UK all touched down together, as well as many from other locations. My wife was a little worried that there would be no transport to the hotel but she was forgetting that we could of just jumped onto the transfer bus that TUI had in place for us, after all, we had paid for transfers within our holiday costs.

I forgot to mention that I am disabled and I need to walk with a crutch as my legs go into paralysis and I lose feeling of them, without warning. So the time we got into baggage reclaim, and picked up our cases and got into the Arivals Hall, it was carnage and not very well organised. It felt like an 'every man for himself' experience.

It felt like a battle already won, when we seen a gentleman with my name on an A4 piece of paper. When I acknowledged he was there for me, he very quickly helped my wife with our luggage and we made way to our transport.

Wow, when 'Roman' from 'Akar Dental Practice' said they would send VIP transport, they meant it. It was a new Mercedes People Carrier with beautiful internal ambient lighting and plenty of cold bottled water.

Our journey to the hotel was excellent and we were there a good hour before the coaches started to arrive from the airport. We had been to our room freshened up and was waiting for the midnight snack bar to open, before the coaches from the airport arrived.

Monday arrived and I sat by Reception
waiting for the first Practice 1, 'Dentakay' to turn up. I even fell asleep for 30 minutes or so and after 3 hours still no show. I WhatsApp'd the clinic, they were very dismissive. I received a msg from 'Rick at Dentakay', to say that it would now be very far to send a driver. I would have to pay $100 U.S. to be picked up as it was a long journey!! However I would get that back if I decided to receive my treatment from them.

I was hot, angry and felt I had wasted time in the UK arranging all of this and now being blackmailed!

'Roman' from 'Akar Dental Practice' upon hearing this, had a car at my hotel within 45 minutes.

'Roman' from 'Acar Dental' gave me a 100% Positive experience, from start to end.

I was told I needed an implant by my dentist in the UK. No I did not!

I was listened too, and my feelings taken into consideration.

I had to have one tooth extracted and 27 Crowns.

If I followed what my UK dentist said I needed doing, it would of cost more by £500 and my teeth still an off white colour.

If I had this done in Türkiye and not part of a holiday, I would of had free 'AI Hotel Accomodation' within the price.
