Delivery delayed for a week! No reply from AKIND until now.

Delivery was supposed to be on 31st December by DHL, ended by delivered by 7th January. It was a birthday gift which did not come on time. Contacted AKIND since 2nd of January, i thought they would assist in making delivery faster, but they did not bother to reply. So I won’t bother to order anymore from this company. Disappointment!

Dear Linda, thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your delivery experience didn’t go as smoothly or as quickly as expected. We received your order on December 29th, and it was packed and shipped the very next day, on December 30th. Based on the estimated timeline, the parcel was expected to be delivered by December 31st. However, as mentioned in our email response, once a parcel is in transit, it falls under the responsibility of the delivery service, and we have limited ability to intervene. According to the tracking information, DHL was unable to deliver the parcel on the first attempt due to missing consignee details. Regarding our delayed responses, this period overlapped with the New Year holidays and our team was on a brief break. We always strive to reply to our customers as promptly as possible and we apologize for your inconvenience.
We hope the recipient enjoyed their beautiful gift and that it brought them joy. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have further concerns or need assistance 🀗

Schlechte Erfahrung

Durch die Empfehlung einer Freundin wurde ich auf die Seite aufmerksam. Ich habe eine schlichte Armkette mit Perlen bestellt. Der Versand erfolgte sehr schnell per DHL Express.

Leider ist die Armkette jedoch sehr schlecht verarbeitet. Die Kette wurde einfach mit einem stÃŒck metallartigem Draht zusammengebunden.

However, since this process involves human oversight, occasional errors may occur, particularly during the busy holiday season.
We strive to ship all orders promptly so they can reach our customers before Christmas. Upon receiving your email, we promptly offered you the option to exchange the bracelet for a brand-new one at no cost or to receive a full refund without requiring you to cover return shipping expenses.
I am pleased to confirm that we received the bracelet on December 18th, and your full refund has already been processed. Please accept our sincerest apologies for the oversight regarding the bracelet’s chain.

Very trustworthy

Had to exchange the ring I purchased online to a smaller size, customer support was very helpful and quick to reply. Everything was processed within a few days and I received my new ring without any delays.

Hochwertig, faire Preise, Top Kundenservice

Ich bin super zufrieden und habe schon mehrfach bestellt. Ich mag die Produkte sehr: zum einen das Design, vor allem die schlichten Dinge und zum anderen die QualitÀt, die wirklich hochwertig ist. Dann empfinde ich die Preise als sehr fair und ich habe einiges dazu recherchiert. Und dann bin ich fasziniert davon, wie wahnsinnig schnell sie liefern- wie machen sie das nur? Und letztens hatte ich wegen eines Fehlers meinerseits Kontakt mit dem Kundenservice - super schnelle Antwort UND noch sehr freundlich dazu. Und sie denken mit. Kurzum: ich war bisher noch nie so zufrieden mit irgendeinem anderen Unternehmen wie mit diesem.
