In mei kocht ik hier een Omega Seamaster De Ville. Nu, ongeveer een half jaar later, ben ik nog steeds erg tevreden. Sam reageert snel en communiceert transparant. Het horloge is een prachtig exemplaar en de prijs was gewoon goed. Aanrader.

De Speedmaster uit 1993 was precies als beschreven, goed verpakt en mooi compleet. Zaken doen met Sam was prettig. Ik zou iedereen die een klasse vintage horloge zoekt naar Akkerman doorverwijzen en mijn volgende zeker daar kopen. En check hun site, er staan nog heel mooie horloge op.

Ik ben heel blij met het horloge dat ik bij Akkerman Vintage Watches heb gekocht. Het betalings-en leveringsproces verliep vlekkeloos, veilig en supersnel: gisteren het horloge gekocht, nu draag ik het al om mijn pols. Al met al een hele fijne ervaring! Ik kan iedereen deze verkoper aanbevelen.

Short summary – 5/5, excellent watch quality in accordance to specification and pictures, very pleasant experience, professional and helpful customer communication and service. Will definitely get in touch with Akkerman again in future vintage watch purchases!

In further detail – I (from Sweden) bought my first luxury brand vintage watch from Akkerman via Chrono24. After about a month after receiving the watch, it showed some kind of mechanical error. Without hesitation, Akkerman suggested me to return the watch to properly repair it in NL (as part of the 3 month warranty) by their watchmaker. Eventually, the watch was repaired and returned to me, fully functioning in accordance to the specifications as it was marketed.

Throughout our dialogue, Sam was very helpful with providing information and was transparent during this whole process, with fast and detailed responses.

My impression is that Akkerman truly holds pride and enjoyment in their craft, always making sure that the customer is satisfied with receiving a product performing exactly as described in the marketed specifications. Akkerman is not a company that will sell you a watch, immediately cut ties and count their profits – rather Akkerman is a very personal and customer-oriented seller that wants to do the right thing in order to ensure customer satisfaction. This high level of customer service is something I could not have even imagined.

I want to extend my most sincere Thank You to the Akkerman team – if I am to be on the lookout for additional vintage watches, I will for sure be contacting Akkerman in the future.

Ik kocht een horloge zoals mijn vader die vroeger had (Omega Seamaster DeVille, ref. 136.010). Binnen een paar dagen ontving ik de klok in perfecte staat en met een mooie pouch om hem in te bewaren. supertevreden👍
