I purchased an Akluer walking pad (from Amazon) June 2025; by February 2026, the motor had died. I spoke to an agent via WhatsApp who said the only option was to replace the motor. The motor they sent me is not compatible with the unit I purchased. Additionally the original motor is soldered to the motherboard. Today I called their customer service number during their hours of availability, and it goes straight to voicemail each time.

My concern with receiving a damaged “blister pack” was quickly resolved by Kiki. Her efforts are truly appreciated.

I ordered an H1-B auto incline treadmill from Akluer and have been using it for months now and it has served me well. Its one of the first treadmills you can incline on and works great. I got it over other models because of the incline and handle bar. The tablet/phone holder could be a tad bit bigger to hold ipads but still works fine. I highly recommend this piece as it delivered very quickly as well.

This treadmill arrived quickly, needed barely any assembly and is very solid. With the 5% incline it has good shock absorption and stays put while running, even when used by people over 200 lbs. The foot massager is so unusual. It's intense and leaves your feet refreshed. 10 out of 10!

This walking pad is everything! It has everything I was looking for and it's super affordable. It's also easy to move around so I use it more often than the full sized treadmill I've had because it's easy to move to a room with a TV. I absolutely love it!

These treadmills are absolutely amazing very quiet if you have any issues very easy to get a hold of the company quick shipping highly recommend

The AKLUER under desk treadmill has been a great addition to our setup for both my wife and me. It’s compact, quiet, and surprisingly sturdy - I can even run on it without it locking up or skipping. The auto incline adds a nice challenge, and it still takes up very little space. Excellent value for its size.
