Always being out killer magic with really quick postage.

Been shopping here for 25 years. Think they used to be based in Chatham back then. I remember the paper catalogue anyway.

Wat een afschuwelijke ervaring met deze firma! Het is de eerste keer dat ik daar een bestelling heb geplaatst ik heb mijn deck kaarten gewoon los in een bubbel folie gekregen. Ja je kan het al raden mijn deck kaarten hebben deuken en krassen op gelopen tijdens de verzending. Ik heb dit gemeld dat ik nog nooit in men leven een zo slechte verpakte verzending heb gekregen van gelijk welke instantie. Ze reageren zelfs niet meer. Dit is echt een schande hoe ze te werk gaan. Blijf hier weg!!!! Eerste keer maar zal ook de laatste keer zijn dat ik bij Alakazam besteld heb!!!😡😡😡

I understand companies make mistakes just like people do but I have to say Alakazam really has fantastic customer service. Anytime there's been a mistake which has been only a couple, alakazam always makes things right and they make it right very quickly.

This company provided fast and efficient service.

I consistently order from Alakazam and find myself thrilled every time my package arrives.

The shipping was fine, but I was more than a little disappointed with the product, "ZOLTAR". I thought the deck would be more like a MIRAGE deck or even along the line of a Phil Goldstein PHIL deck. The displaying of the backs necessary for the ZOLTAR deck routine is a bit akward and not always completely succssful no matter how careful you are, unless you use a Svengali display. I also had a hell of a time getting to the online instructional video. Your ALAKAZAM product page would not accept my password. It was the most frustrating experience I have every had trying to get to a purchased online instructional video. Also, I believe a complete instuctional sheet should have accompanied the shipped deck. I doubt if I will ever do any business with Alakazam again.

Always reliable. Always fun. Even across the ocean. Checks all the boxes as a great magic resource!

Alakazam is my one stop shop for all my magic supplies. Peter, Harry and the Gang are always coming up with new and very impressive routines, which they have designed and have produced on top quality card stock. All of their stuff is topclass and comes with great instructional tutorials. On top of that, they are always extremely helpful when you ring up. Being Magicians themselves, they can always help with problems you may face with a routine or trick. I would highly recommend Alakazam to anyone in the business or just starting out.

Fantastic Range of Magic and a great professional team, that makes ordering a breeze.

Just tested Alakazam's "Print By Magic" service. Really happy with the two custom cards I received back using the online poker card template. First, the turn around time was excellent (just one week). Second, Emilio provided great customer service by calling me to discuss the print outs before shipping them over. Very classy and quality focused. Emilio showed me the print outs using WhatsApp and I was postively impressed by this preview.
Obviously clients should be ordering using the best definition for visual assets. But I was impressed by Emilio's taking the time to call, making sure we were on the same page. I will definitely order more, now that I know this service exists and is reliable.

Can always count on great products from Alakazam. If it has their name on it, it's a quality effect, period. But most importantly, whenever any issue arises, they take care of it. No arguing, no run around --- if you are not pleased -- they make it right. I have had 2 issues that were no fault of theirs, i.e., not purposeful, but they corrected the issue both times in a very satisfactory way. I trust Alakazam and you should too.

While I was ordering, I messed up my basket, but the staff had it all sorted immediately and the delivery was bang on time, even though, they cleaned up my mess.
