Alakazam Magic Shop レビュー 

I have recently got back into magic after a long break, I used to entertain my grandchildren with tricks but when they grew up, they lost interest. Now they have children and I've been getting some new tricks so I can entertain the great-grandchildren.
Alakazam have customer service second to none in my opinion, a couple of the items I purchased had a problem, on packet trick had one of its card missing so I emailed Alakazam yesterday, and today I got a message to say a replacement had been sent out. This is amazing customer service.

After several years resident in the USA, now returned to the UK, as before, Alakazam was my first choice of dealer. I'm delighted to say that the service is as good as ever! Everything a magic dealer should be and the standard to aim for for other dealers!

I'm happy the way my purchase was packed very well and delivered in a timely manner. I'm always hesitant about purchases from a company for the first time. You've got my confidence for future purchases.

Alakazam magic personnel are amazing, both in UK and US. Any questions are answered almost instantly. Chris from the US warehouse communicates with me whenever something weird shows up, like a double order of the same item. Chris confirms with me that I meant to order two of the same thing, or not. If so, he gets them both shipped ASAP. If not, he initiates a refund for one item while he preps the other for shipping.

I paid $100 for New Wave and I was going to give it as a gift but the box was completely destroyed when it arrived! I've been purchasing from you for years and have never had any issues, why would you even ship this out like this? Now I've spent $100 and I can't give it to who I purchased it for. I emailed customer service and they said that the boxes were damaged when they received them. That's your customer service answer? At least tell your customers this or lower the price to compensate. This is horrible customer service and I'm now considering not purchasing from you in the future!

I bought some special elite coins from alakazam and one of the “special” coins was blemished. I recieved promt replies and service and the “special” coin was in the mail same day. Chris is a skilled magician and was great to chat with through the process.

order tricks over Christmas break, thought I would have to have wait until the New Year No arrived in 2 days fantastic and very pleased with props as always ,well done again the Alakazam fam.

I put an order in to Alakazam Magic on Dec 4, 2024. I kept checking my order and it said it was not “FULFILLED” I went on the Chat and left a message! Chris Got back to me and told me my order fell through the cracks and was NOT SENT OUT! He quickly sent the order out to me (Dec16) He apologized and sent my order over night and I received it on Dec 24, 2024! He also included some great tricks in my order! Thanks Chris, YOUR THE BEST!

If Peter Nardi adds suggestions to the instructions I can bet there is something I need to pay attention to and consider in my performance.
