Booked tickets for the Seville Cathedral, email was sent stating we had to meet at a set time at the Lizard Gate - no one was there, no tickets received or sent. Money was taken from a different company - so clearly this company is a scam. Please do not use them or you might end up in the same fate as ourselves. Hoping my credit card company can get back the money stolen.

We paid 199 euros for two tickets without a guide. It was a total scam.

Stay away! This website is fraudulent! They pay to be the first google site when you search for Alhambra official tickets and have their site set up to look like the official website and the charge 4 times the official price for the most basic ticket that does not include entrance to the exhibitions they advertise. Absolute scam - look at their trip advisor reviews for similar experiences.
