I chose to do this course with HYV as I love their ethos and authenticity, as well as the affordability and accessibility of their online course but it still totally surpassed my expectations!
Throughout the course, I was continually impressed with the professionalism of the online resources - it was great to be able to watch and rewatch the lectures in my own time. I felt connected to my peers and the teachers during Module A which made it a really personalised experience. I continued to feel so well supported by and connected to the teachers throughout the more self-directed Module B.
I can't recommend this YTT any more, would give 6 stars if I could!!

I've been practicing yoga for over 10 years, and for many of those with Himalaya Yoga Valley, they're great to use especially during lockdown, great workshops and a great variety of classes to choose from seven days a week. You won't regret signing up.

I would HIGHLY recommend Himalaya Yoga Valley Online 200hr Yoga Teacher Training. Amazing teachers with a wealth of knowledge and wisdom. They are all such beautiful people and their warmness, professionalism and dedication to the sacred practice and teaching of yoga radiates and makes the training so easy to engage with and learn from. The knowledge and practices I have gained is life changing and I am so happy and grateful I did it. The online course is so easy to navigate and follow and is laid out so clearly. I am very proud to be part of the Himalaya Yoga Valley lineage and I will always endeavour to respect and teach the traditional practices and values of yoga that I have learned and continue to learn.

I took the 200HR YTT with Himalaya Yoga Valley Online and I am so damn happy I did. I felt fully immersed in the course, just like I would be in person. The teachers and the whole team behind the training were absolutely amazing, humane and highly professional at the same time with immense amount of knowledge and experience in teaching yoga. I loved every moment of it, and I am really grateful that I can come back to the lectures anytime.

This is one of the greatest advantages of taking the training online with HYV - the unlimited access to all the material. And there is a lot!

Another huge + is the overall support we are receiving throughout the training and beyond. I truly feel like I'm part of a family and I can always come back to my teachers with a question or a yoga/teaching related issue.

Wonderful teachers who truly care about the experience of their students, allowing qualified teachers to finish with confidence and understanding. The teachings are thorough, and each teacher is passionate about their individual topics, so, though there is a lot to learn the classes are engaging. The accommodation couldn't be faulted, the restaurant's food is divine (and there are plenty of vegan friendly options) and the staff in the restaurant are lovely. If my plans work out, I would be returning to complete my next certificate.

Brilliant, enjoyed catching up and learning new things about anatomy. Adams enthusiasm makes you want to learn more!

Himalaya Valley provided online yoga to everybody free of charge when the Corona Virus changed our world in March. There presence online with familiar faces guiding us through the classes was both reassuring and comforting in a time of uncertainty. Their primiary concern has always been for us, the student. Our safety and well-being far outweighed any business needs, and for this I am truly grateful.
Himalaya Valley now provide an extensive and varied range of online classes. For a very reasonable monthly rate I have unlimited access to online classes, and a wide range of recorded classes. This is a more than generous offer from Himalaya Valley.I have no hesitation recommending Himalaya’s online yoga to anyone, a journey you won’t regret. I HOPE one day we will return to studio yoga and rejoyce again in the presence of the wonderful Yogis and Teachers.

I have been studying with Yoga with Himalaya Yoga Valley in Cork for the past 7 years. It was a long time dream to complete my teacher training with them in GOA. I was waiting for the right time as I am a single mom and would be quite impossible for me to spend 1 month in Goa, but the fact they launched the online training and the immersion in Cork made my dream of being a Yoga teacher a reality. I enjoyed every single moment of this journey. I got the best of both worlds, I can go back watch all classes and the immersion gave me the confidence I need to teach. All the teachers are so passionate, reliable and professional. I can't describe in words how this training changed my life for the better. I had been looking for a teacher training course for a while and couldn’t quite commit until I can across Himalaya Yoga Valley Online YTT. I was very drawn to the course and signed up straight away. So glad I did. Couldn’t have asked for a better team of more passionate, caring, teachers whose knowledge on their subjects far exceeded my expectations. They all go above and beyond what the course says it offers and make themselves available throughout if you need extra guidance. It’s been the most unbelievable experience for me and definitely changed my life for the better. I would love to have met everyone including my fellow students. I felt such a strong connection to everyone even though we were all online. My Yoga has evolved hugely and I couldn’t be without my daily practice after this experience. It was meant to be. I highly recommend Himalaya Yoga Valley online teacher training. The team are so knowledgeable and I learned so much. I love that the course offers both a personal experience ashram style and a teacher training experience that both complement each other. The team are very open and warm as well as highly competent teachers.

They have wide choice of classes and at various times throughout the day that would suit most people.They have made yoga affordable to myself and others with their online zoom classes, so thanks himalayan yoga

Thank you so much to everyone at Himalaya Yoga Valley for looking after their students during this very difficult time. When everything shut down so suddenly last March Himalaya was so quick to get online with their students through zoom. Seeing my teachers everyday giving classes from their homes was a great help in getting me through the lockdown. The teachers were always there to chat and take any questions after the class which was wonderful. All of this was provided by HYV for free over two months. There were classes at every level to suit everyone. After two months classes were charged at €9.99 per month for unlimited classes which is excellent value.
I can't thank Lalit, Anca, Jim and Lisa enough for being there for all their yoga students. I know I would not have coped as well if they hadn't been there online for us.

An amazing experience- the teachers were supportive and encouragement plus extremely knowledgable. The course is definitely life changing. During the current climate, it brought so much positivity to my life. I've learned so much and have opened the door into a life of learning. I am so grateful that this course was available to me :)

I had never imagined I would do my yoga teacher training online as always planned to go to India but I am so glad I did considering the current pandemic, this was such a positve thing to focus on and my practice and I have developed so much as a result. As a student of himalaya yoga valley I never doubted what company I would go to for this training because I knew himalaya would be professional, supportive and offer great experienced teachers as I have always found as a student with them. It has been a great experience and I have learnt so much. The course is so well structured and the standard is so high. Even though online, you still feel very connected to the teachers and other students and the support they offer us is amazing. I would highly recommend this course and when I get to India again in person it will be an added bonus to what I have already learnt on this journey so far and I will know about himalaya this time round and it'll be my first stop. I have loved learning from the teachers from Himalaya Yoga Valley online. As a single parent it meant I could actually do the course and balance work around it too. I have found it incredibly interesting and I have learnt about so much more than I expected. It is a wonderful start to a life of learning yoga 🙏
