Tom made the Cyber Essentials Plus assessment a genuinely positive experience. He was clear, patient, and extremely professional throughout the entire process. What stood out most was his ability to explain technical requirements in a way that was easy to understand, while still maintaining a very high standard of rigour. The assessment felt thorough and fair, and Tom ensured that every step was transparent and well‑communicated. It’s reassuring to work with an assessor who not only knows the framework inside out, but also takes the time to guide you through it with confidence and clarity.
