I passed my driving test Thursday in Salisbury with Theresa after completing a 40hr course and I couldn’t be happier with the result. I have had other instructors prior yet, with her constant reassurance, flexible timetable and flawless teaching, she was the one whom of which made me feel comfortable & confident behind the wheel and I couldn’t thank her enough for believing in me when I didn’t believe in myself! ALB Driving Courses are worth every penny & if you’re contemplating investing… DO IT! Safe to say, you’ve all made my driving journey as pleasant and stress-free as possible & I’m already missing mine & Theresa’s laughs! Thank you again, ALB. You’ve been incredible every step of the way 🚗💨

Had Tony as my instructor, I was rammed with work so in all honesty things were more difficult than planned due to timings and scheduling. However Tony was very accommodating especially with giving me 2 hour sessions from 6-8 which were incredibly helpful. I passed with 2 minors. He was very honest, clear, and direct in what I needed to do to improve and it worked. Would definitely recommend him as an instructor due to how dedicated he is which is something I can relate to and appreciate.

Theresa has helped me in my driving lessons and I can honestly say she is the best driving instructor I have ever come across, all bad habits from my previous interacts she handled amazing and has helped me learn the correct way the whole time. She is a massive credit to alb and im so grateful for all she has done, it’s safe to say I will miss her teaching me. Thankyou again Theresa! Xx

I started my lessons as an extremely anxious learner last October, and told the lovely lady who helped me book that I would need an extremely patient teacher. Tony was nothing short of a godsend - so patient, so calm, so funny, and gives a killer pep-talk. I took a break from lessons after a big job-move and came back feeling like I would be started from scratch and thanks to Tony I passed my test today, something I NEVER imaged I would do. I am so grateful to him for everything and would recommend him to ANYONE who wants to learn to drive. Booking process was easy, and he was always flexible with my job. Huge thanks to Tony and Dani - youre both phenomenal.

Steve and Yvonne have been amazing, excellent, brilliant instructors. Both really know how to teach all level of learners when it comes to driving (my driving went from 0 to 100 real quick - around 4 weeks). I've had two instructors as i started with manual then later on decided to do automatic instead. My experience with ALB has been smooth sailing from the beginning to passing my driving test first time (only 2 minors). If you're keen to be a safe driver and get your licence, definitely will recommend to everyone 10000000%.

I had the driving instructor Maxine, she was absolutely brilliant, was very nervous at first very good at calming nerves and passed with 1 minor.

My driving instructor was excellent: extremely knowledgeable, kind, calm and patient, which I particularly appreciated as a fairly anxious learner. They helped build my confidence throughout the course and ensured I felt fully prepared going into my test.

The organisation and logistics were handled professionally from start to finish, and the team were incredibly accommodating of my needs. I genuinely couldn't have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend ALB to anyone looking to learn to drive. I can't thank them enough!

Rob was a really good instructor, his super helpful and chilled method of teaching helped me pass my test first time.

I rarely leave negative reviews but the lack of professionalism and transparency here needs to be addressed. I paid a premium for an intensive course but when I asked for my test date, I was told they had 'no idea.' After experiencing a poor service for weeks I asked for a refund, They only produced the booking details after I requested that refund, directly contradicting the service promised, I raised a formal dispute and gave them ample time to resolve this privately but no success, not expecting such bad service when paying a decent amount.

UPDATE: Instead of addressing why they officially messaged me stating they had "no idea" about my test date, the owner has chosen to publicly broadcast completely unrelated personal/family matters in my google review, This level of unprofessionalism speaks for itself.

To clarify the facts: I asked for my test date on March 31st to provide to my employer. On April 1st, ALB texted me: "No idea yet but aiming for May/June." They only produced the June 8th test details AFTER I requested a refund because of their poor communication. My bank is currently handling the chargeback. Avoid at all costs.

Passed my test first time today my driving instructor Steve Towell was amazing I am on the older side and he is patient and informative, he taught me to drive not just pass my test it took me a little longer but he wouldn’t put me in for my test until he thought I was ready - perfect instructor for nervous…. Or older nervous drivers highly recommend

I cannot recommend ALB Intensive Driving enough, especially Tony. After having lessons on and off for years with little progress, Tony completely changed things for me and helped me finally pass with only 2 minors.

I completed a 20-hour intensive course and the format itself was incredibly helpful. The extended lessons gave me enough time to properly take everything in and fully immerse myself in learning to drive, rather than constantly stopping and starting between weekly lessons.

What really made the difference though was Tony himself. He is calm, collected, empathetic and genuinely listens to you. I was always very nervous about making mistakes while driving, but Tony never became frustrated or made me feel bad when I got something wrong. Instead, he stayed calm, reassured me that I could drive, and clearly explained the correct way to handle situations in a way that actually made sense.

I also really appreciated how understanding he was around nervousness and neurodiversity. He creates such a comfortable learning environment that you feel able to improve without fear of being judged for mistakes.

For the first time, I felt genuinely confident and prepared going into my test, and coming away with a pass and only 2 minors felt incredible.

Tony is an amazing, kind and talented instructor, and I would highly recommend ALB Intensive Driving to anyone, especially nervous learners or people who feel stuck after years of lessons without progress.

great instructor, initial stress over test booking, but resolved relatively quickly. some alterations to lesson dates, but didn't end up being a problem, in fact probably helped.

Amazing instructor! Honestly could not have had a better teacher. Very professional, friendly and more then went the extra mile to get me trained and through my test in the short time i had. Could not recommend them enough!!

I passed first time all thanks to Dana!! I was extremely nervous at first and had no confidence but Dana was so patient with me explained everything throughly stayed calm and over all an absolute fantastic teacher, I could not of done it without him at all he made me believe in myself. Could not reccomend enough!!
