Don't waste your time and money. Play a game run by a company that's truly sane and respects its players. Albion is a sinking ship run by clowns. "Sandbox Interactive is the most unprofessional company I've ever encountered. I had a T8 master specialty account with 4 years of history. I officially purchased over 15,000 gold. Yet, they permanently banned me for a single transaction of 15 million silver, a ridiculous amount compared to the value of my account

Do not use this website it's a total scam site you cannot verify your account so you never get any winnings
When you try to withdraw any money it tells you to verify your account when you try they tell you to reset your password then you get blocked out of your account
So for the love of God don't go on this site

I am deeply disappointed by Albion Online's support. Despite being a loyal player, I am currently facing a bureaucratic deadlock.

In August 2024 (Ticket #1094473), support agent Rio already verified my ownership and successfully updated my account email. However, now that I am requesting to unlink a lost Twitch account due to security concerns, the team is ignoring this successful precedent.

I have provided official bank-stamped transaction receipts (WeChat Pay) which clearly match my account's billing history. Instead of honoring this hard evidence, the support team keeps sending automated templates about a forgotten registration date from 4 years ago.

Forcing a player to lose a high-spec character because of "metadata" while ignoring legal financial proof is unacceptable. I demand a human supervisor to perform a manual review of Ticket #1105291. Do not hide behind automated bots.

Update: After providing official payment proof and citing a successful 2024 verification, the support agent Setya blocked my ticket and demanded I send a physical letter to Germany. This is a deliberate hurdle to deny a legitimate player's rights. Is this how Sandbox Interactive treats its loyal customers?

It's a great game if you give it a try. Sure it's grindy however that can be offset by doing raids together with a party since group dungeons are much more profitable given the need for cooperation.

My account was permanently banned for "third-party currency trading" after I received 20 million silver as an unsolicited gift from a random player. I never paid for it, and it was a one-time event.

Despite providing detailed evidence and explanations, the support team upheld the ban. Their policy does not distinguish between intentional RMT and unintended receipt of currency. The appeal process is rigid and offers no real opportunity for a fair defense.

Losing a long-term account for an innocent mistake shows a complete lack of proportionality. I cannot recommend investing time or money in a game with such an unforgiving and opaque moderation system.

Scrivo la presente recensione in qualità di utente profondamente deluso e leso da una gestione arbitraria e autoritaria da parte del team di moderazione di Albion Online.

Il mio account è stato sospeso in via definitiva a seguito di un’accusa totalmente infondata, senza che mi venisse fornita alcuna motivazione dettagliata, alcuna prova oggettiva né alcuna possibilità concreta di replica. La mia richiesta legittima di chiarimenti è stata accolta con un atteggiamento marcato da egocentrismo e da una presunzione di infallibilità: lo staff, già deciso a non intervenire, mi ha chiesto controprove che ho prontamente fornito, senza però degnarle della minima considerazione o riscontro concreto.

Sottolineo che, in un contesto regolato da termini di servizio che presuppongono buona fede contrattuale, tale condotta configura una violazione manifesta del diritto alla difesa e al contraddittorio, nonché una gestione degli utenti improntata più all’arroganza che all’equità.

Un sistema sanzionatorio che opera in modo unilaterale, privo di trasparenza e incapace di distinguere tra prove concrete e semplici sospetti, è incompatibile con qualunque standard minimo di giustizia, tanto più in una piattaforma dove l’investimento di tempo (e spesso denaro) da parte del giocatore è significativo.

In sintesi: Albion Online si è dimostrato incapace di tutelare l’integrità degli utenti onesti. Un gioco non può definirsi competitivo se manca di imparzialità, di un sistema di revisione efficace e soprattutto di rispetto per la propria community.

Mi auguro che altri utenti leggano queste righe prima di investire il proprio tempo in un ecosistema governato da regole oscure e da un supporto più interessato ad auto-giustificarsi che ad accertare la verità.

O jogo até que é legal, mas enjoei depois de 3 dias. O problema é que são ruins de suporte, não respondem. Comprei por exemplo um produto de pagamento único e começou cobrança recorrente, ainda está no site que não é recorrente, informei no suporte mas não resolveram e precisei bloquear o pagamento, nem responderam sobre a devolução das cobranças indevidas. A mais de 60 dias que não respondem o email do suporte

Terrible game they only made you purchase gold and they wont offer you a refund and they threat you to band your account if you take it further

They will never refund do not purchase anything or plat this game doesnt matter how much you purchase if they killed you in black zone you lose everything and the game is designed for that as they know you can't level up your weapons after awaken them if you have weapons level 8

Ban account without any reason and gave me a botting reason. Even I don't know what botting is. They scamming our invested money and time on this game

Surely the worst mmo. I reported almost 50 cheater/bots users, and they're still playing.. So i decided to leave the game, and to stop my subscription plan.

Result : 10 min after i canceled my subscription, they ban me for "Third-Party Currency Transactions".. (they could check my account, i don't even have a full T8 stuff..)

We (a group of 5 friends) joined this game, 2 months ago, but we all leaving.. It has potential, but it's managed by a mafia-like company : They won't hesitate to ban you if you report many botters/cheaters apparently, so be careful.

I got banned because i asked for a refund of a useless skin that i thought they were items. The game isn't bad but it is managed by morons

Il peggior gioco la fuori. Le meccaniche di grinding sono anche perdonabili, la community invece no... e agli sviluppatori non interessa regolare la cosa, per loro l'importante è che la gente paghi il premium. L'apertura del server europeo non ha cambiato le cose, anzi forse le ha peggiorate.

1 : you have no right to withdraw any contract of sale with them..
2 : many hacks on the game..no cooldowns..they spam you with skills..the moment you enter at least red zones be aware that you will be ganked even if you are hidden..
3 : assistance is 0..they try to ban you unstead of helping you resolve your issue..
People are on this game to trade real money for game money..
Don't waste your time..don't invest in it..you will loose everything sooner or later..

Great game, I love how there are so many missions to complete and so much verity to the game, the graphics are amazing, And overall a great game to play with other friends or family!

Dopo averlo dimostrato in ogni modo che fosse mio mi scrivono: "abbiamo bisogno di una transazione recente per verificare la proprietà dell'account"

The game is nice and all but the company behind it is shady as f..., as they add you a subscription without mentioning it in game, before you purchase it.

It should be stated AT LEAST in super small print IN Game.
