Assisted with specific requirement

Before ordering I emailed for some advice, John quickly responded answering my questions.
Ordered online arrived in a couple of days using standard delivery.
Just got to learn how to use it.

Very quick delivery, product does what it's supposed to. Good price

After one failed attempt to purchase a VD700 elsewhere I decided, after much blurb reading, to select Albionshire Car Diagnostics. They were not the cheapest but their web convinced me they were the way to go. Ordering was very easy though they do show Paypal as a form of payment but at checkout it was not an option. My order was confirmed within minutes and the unit shipped the following day. Albionshire state in their blurb that they will provide a tracking number but they did not, so I had to request it. This said they did reply immediately with the tracking number. The unit arrived the next day and its software has been updated. I have used it a few times already and it is a very good, useful, tool. Thank you Albionshire.

I’m one happy bunny I don’t review very often but just had to for these guys

Great product at a good price. First class communication, well packaged and fast dispatch.

Great service, excellent delivery time with fair delivery costs. Easy website to navigate. Didn’t know what to expect as hadn’t used before but would definitely recommend and use again if needed.

Did exactly what it said on the tin - diagnosed faulty water pump on Skoda in a couple of minutes.

Goods arrived as described. Quick efficient delivery, no complaints.

A most efficient service provided here with a well packaged and quick delivery having taken place.
This item is a particular ‘must have’ for a JLR owner as it rapidly pinpoints troublesome niggles and helps to reduce some otherwise potentially expensive guesswork. It’s also good to ensure that your trusty garage is always maintaining the standard that you expect and pay for. My Jaguar specialist will have to clarify why I have 75 error codes, some of which will be historical oversights in clearing them, but their response will be entertaining!

Great transaction, John was very helpful with any queries also responded quickly to my emails, fast delivery. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I ordered my item late new years eve and received it on the Saturday morning , the day after new years day. I also contacted Albionshire regarding delivery as I expected it to be the following week , they replied back to tell me it had already been despatched

Excellent service.

Top marks for service A++++, fast delivery.
