The cottage was in the most beautiful setting. It was well equipped. Easy access to the town. Tony is so kind .
Having Jessie was a bonus.

Good communication and service. Property met our needs and if we needed anything the team were responsive

Comfortable, clean, well equipped house in Snape, with off road parking.
Dog friendly, enclosed garden.
Lovely walk to Snape Maltings, and less than 10 minutes drive to Saxmundham for shopping.
Efficient booking system, easy self check-in/out.
Would recommend as a base for a holiday in Suffolk.

Beautiful accommodation can’t wait to return

Lovely stay. Personally found the stairs and steps in this cottage challenging but that’s because I’m not as young or stable as I once was! However, perfectly located for everything Aldeburgh has to offer and beautifully presented with a sunny courtyard.

We have just returned from our sixth weekend in Thorpeness/Aldeburgh - all booked with Aldeburgh Coastal Cottages. ACC has to be one of the most efficient and helpful companies (not just booking agents) that I have ever dealt with. Queries are answered promptly and satisfactorily, all the staff are extremely efficient and helpful - an absolute pleasure to deal with. Whenever we have come up against an issue/problem (generally ours and nothing to do with the agent), everyone at ACC have done their utmost to help us and, without exception, all issues have been resolved to our complete satisfaction with no hassle at all. Comfortable flat,nice kitchen area and shower room. Ideal for short stay

Staff are very responsive to any enquiries and quick to sort things out.

This is the 4th time using this property, everything about it is excellent, the layout the furniture, everything inside is there, then the location with sea views and parking for one or two cars is easy and free. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed our short stay at 'Polly's' . This spacious apartment is warm and clean, and maintained to a high standard. Beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well- appointed. Everything worked, with one minor problem being put right promptly. The location is superb, as stated on the website, very close to the sea, shops and restaurants. Perfect for exploring this delightful stretch of the Suffolk coast.
The booking process, and communication generally with Aldeburgh Coastal Cottages, is efficient and courteous.

Arrived early and everything was ready. Very clean and cosy. Great dog friendly garden. Lovely bedding and towels. Cottage was close to all amenities that Thorpeness has to offer. We would use this cottage again

Company was able to guide me to a property that had a superking bed . However it would be better if this could be a filter when looking for a property on line. It is hard work going through property after property. If only more owners put in zip and link super kings - it would give them so much more flexibility.

The property I had rented was great, but there were a few minor problems, TV reception, WiFi and heating control.

The TV reception turned out to be an area problem with Freeview due to high pressure in the atmosphere during my stay.

The other problems were sorted quickly. When I rang the office there was someone who answered, even out of office hours. It meant I wasn't hassled or frustrated and it didn't spoil my holiday. In fact I felt supported. Thank you.

Just being there again. That's all.

Smooth booking process and great communication from Aldeburgh Coastal Cottages. We spent the bank holiday weekend at Salt Cellar Cottage, it’s a great location, clean and adequately equipped house, however a sofa in the main living room area and a couple of the beds are showing serious signs of age and really were uncomfortable. It’s a shame for an otherwise great property.

The house was lovely, spotlessly clean and equipped with absolutely everything we could possibly need. A cafe across the road and 2 shops within a very short walk. The town was an approximate 15-20 minute walk which was perfect.

Easy to book, kept well informed with both booking and payment.
