Wanted to return a below standard blazer. Impossible to get a refund after many promises and e mails.
Think this site and company is a absolute scam and seriously needs investigating by trading standards.

DO NOT BUY.
Poor quality item, described a knitted but printed image on cheap velour. Customer service is an unhelpful bot, returns to China at own expense with no guarantee of arrival so therefore no chance of refund. Wish I had seen other reviews before purchasing.

We had to order here multiple times to decorate our office space and the experience has always been great. Had some questions about specific dimensions of a product and we got very quick replies back by e-mail. Thanks guys

I received my order and I’m more than satisfied. Shipping was quick too. Start up companies sometimes can make mistakes and this company has been nothing but transparent with me.

After waiting weeks for delivery, the dress was of such poor quality, a different color than pictured, and simply unacceptable. They offered me 10% to keep it, which I negotiated up to 15% which was supposed to be credited to my account within 10 days. I'm still waiting. My advice? Don't order from this company.

The item ordered took 6 weeks to arrive - a week after my event. I didn’t open the package and requested return instructions. They offered me a measly 10% refund or I would have to pay to ship it back TO AUSTRIA! Be wary

I’ve given 1 star because they simply don’t answer e mails to clarify refund terms and simple questions about return addresses etc. Their dresses look lovely but I’ve had my fingers burnt too many times with scam companies from overseas advertising on fb, so it’s a fair request to check policies first. The fact they don’t answer is ominous.

I’ll happily update this if they reply and I order.
