I just received my order of 2 rings, and I am extremely disappointed. The items arrived only wrapped in plastic, without any box, packaging, or presentation at all. This makes the rings look very cheap — like something I could have ordered from Temu for a couple of dollars. Looks so cheap!
What makes this even more frustrating is that on the website and in customer reviews, the rings are shown arriving in a beautiful, branded box with proper packaging and presentation. That is part of the reason I ordered from you, but what I received looks nothing like that.
This is misleading and unacceptable.

DO NOT SHOP HERE… the jewelry is so thin and cheap and looks worse than Temu quality. They told me it was money back guarantee and gave me an address to send it to but post office said it’s not an accurate address and they quit responding to me and now I was charged $39.99 which apparently is some membership they secretly sign you up for! Just filed charges with my credit card company.

Charged unwritten fee of $39 about two weeks after my purchase. 3 weeks later still waiting on the ring. It’s screams SCAM!!!

At no point in the process did I sign up for a recurring $39.99 fee. I got charged today, and had to call my bank to dispute. Many others have reported this scam recently. Will be blocking this merchant from charging my card again.

The rings i bought have discoloured within weeks. I sent them pictures at least 3 times, I sent around 15 emails starting April 25, its now 15th August and I have received nothing nor heard nothing concerning the alleged replacement of the jewellery, despite repeated attempts to have this jewellery in time for a.cruise my hubby saved up for for years, for my 60th birthday end of July. Disgusted at the way we have been treated. Only giving one star because I can't give zero. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

First they auto enroll you in some VIP program that is not on the website or your receipt so prepare to be charged 40 a month.

Then the rings— no certificates, they are cheap and not moissanite the gold is yellow and really bad. There is no sparkle. Shipping takes a month and the package comes in a baggie and not a box. Instagram is basically fake with paid folks saying it’s amazing.

They say money back and free returns— they will ignore you.

The rings look nothing like what they advertise. They are very poor quality. I won’t even wear it also two months after purchasing I was charged $40 randomly on the card that I paid with for the ring for some VIP service that I never signed up for. This company is a scam.

Nowhere on the checkout did it tell me that I was signing up for a subscription and then they went ahead and charge me $40 a month that I didn’t even realize and when I tried to get a refund, they could only offer me $20 back stay away from this company

Purchased online and funds were immediately taken out, but I did not receive a confirmation number or transaction number from the merchant. I emailed them and called 513-229-9498. It was suspicious because the lady I spoke to ID 247, kept offering me a 60% discount without providing a confirmation number or transaction number. I told her I was going to report her and the website because she couldn’t give me any information on the order. Money was refunded but who knows what they are up to. Please do not order from this website .

Ring is pretty BUT it comes with a cost!
I bought the ring and it ask if you want to join the club. I checked no and bought the ring. It is now charging a $39.99 and you cant get ahold of anyone to stop it!

I ordered Moissanite rings from this company. I tested all of them and they are not Moissanite. Be careful buying from this. I brought all of the rings to be checked in the jewelry district in downtown LA - None of them are moissanite as I confirmed. I have been trying to contact them for the last 3 days and no one is responding to my emails. WATCH OUT!!! they are selling fake jewelry!!!

My order took over a month to get here with no updates! Then the ring I ordered, I didn't get to wear. The stone fell out while it was stored in a jewelry bag! What a rip off. I have had better experiences with jewelry from TJmaxx! Total crap!

The ring was not the quality I expected, gold look orange. I followed the steps to request a return. It too weeks and multiple emails and social media posts to get any response and when I did get a response they told me to mails it back, at my cost, with a hand writen note stating my order number, when the website cleary states free returns. I replied sharing their return policy and still no response.

I will not order from here again. The customer service is the worse. There was an error made on my delivery address and I reached out twice via email before my order was even shipped to give them my address. No one ever responded and today my ring was delivered to the wrong address. Glad it was only $30. Never again.

Total scam company. They automatically opt you in for a reoccurring charge for VIP member status. I had no idea until three charges in. I called on the DAY they charged me on the third one and they refused to refund me. The ring was MID at best and so not worth this rip off of an experience. Do NOT recommend.

I placed an order and received the confirmation. A week later I still didn't receive any notification on shipping. I reached out to the company via email and still no response. I then opened the case with my credit card company and instantly received a refund. Seems like it is a scam company.

I ordered 2 rings July 1st. It took over 3 weeks for one of the rings to get to me. It doesn't even show that the other ring has shipped. They were a part of the same order. I've emailed them at this point 5-6 times and reached out to them on IG on their business chat. So basically, this company has straight stolen from me. They took my money for the entirety of the order, and only delivered half the order, and will not communicate with me. Oh and the ring that DID show up, lost a stone within the first day. Absolutely astonishing.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this company truly deserves it. I placed an order over a month ago, and I still haven’t received my item. The tracking information is a complete joke—useless and vague, showing no real updates or progress. I’ve contacted customer service multiple times and either received canned responses or no helpful information at all.

I get that the jewelry is inexpensive, but that shouldn’t mean terrible service and nonexistent delivery. At this point, I’m not even sure if I’ll ever get what I paid for. Save your money and your patience—this company is not worth the hassle!

If I could give them a -10 I would. This site is a complete scam. I never received my order and then they charged me an additional $39.99 for absolutely nothing and without my consent. Had to cancel my card. Do not purchase anything from them. Avoid at all costs
