I think they need to do better with their grand openings,I feel like if people get up early to stand in line for hours to honor your grand opening 3 hours or more prior to the time of the store opening at least give those first five people $100 gift card I think it's a slap in the face for people to stand in line 3 hours for your grand opening and get a $10 gift card and a bag with cheap snacks in it, not to mention the day before your grand opening you have staff telling customers to get there early implying like the ones that gets there early will get $100 gift card just to get there and it's just $10

Store self checkout located at #010 Winchester, Virginia on Kernstown Common Blvd is unsanitary; layers of dried food (i.e., #1 and #2) are disgusting. The Public Health Dept should be made aware of the filthy conditions present at this store; if the front is like this, whose to say what the back where customers can't go looks like.

Almost every product in the store has bio-engineered food ingredients in them from bread to cereal & clancy's chips i wouldn't buy those products you should always look at the ingredients in everything you plan to buy & eat

The customer service at Aldi is often very poor. It is hard to find an employee to assist with questions. In addition, the cashiers are often rude and careless. It appears that Aldi management and Aldi employees do not care about the customer experience.

Bought a 2lb bag of pasta. .which was 1.5lb.. had to pay for a frighen bag or else walk out with my purchases loose.. the cashier purposely dumped my bag of pasta which I thought was sealed in the bottom of the paperbag.. never going back.. rude customer service.. to pour out.my pasta because I asked for.my groceries to be bagged.. like every store..

Low quality food and terrible service. We put in a pickup order on Sunday it is Thursday and they never filled it. Salads and veggies go bad in a few days. Welcome to food in Slavemerica.

My first time shopping at Aldi on Indiantown Road, Jupiter, Fl. The store is absolutely beautiful, clean, organized, spacious and best of all the young lady at the check-out counter was pleasant, professional and helpful unfortunately, now days it's very hard to find. Keep up the good work believe it's very much appreciated. Date shopping 02/20/26.

I've shopped at Aldis in Miami's Southwest Kendall region for years. I have watched them steadily degrade in quality of both products and service, one in particular that I've encountered entire refrigerated sections full of rotten food with mold visible in the packaging. The customer service is appalling, rude cashiers (one only, all other lanes are self-checkout and only half of those are generally open.) Unposted but yelled demands for customers to remove all items from their carts and scanned before ANY items are returned to the cart, which forces customers to put bagged items on the floor as there is not enough space next to the scanner. Multiple experiences with no-English spoken by staff to complain to. Employees will not reveal their names and state that they are the manager and you cannot speak to anyone else. Rotten meat again today. No one from Aldis responds to any reviews on Google or Yelp.

Store 75026 located in Rockwall TX is where I encountered my issue. On Feb 6, 2026 I shopped at this location (not my first time) but on the 13th I realized I had been double charged $170+. First off you can’t call Aldi stores, you have to present yourself in person. When I arrived, encountered a young man and said I needed to speak with a manager. He pointed in the direction of a young lady, who then pointed me back to the man (runaround, blame shifting). I was instructed to reach out to corporate because they can’t do ANYTHING about my issue in store. Attempted to reach out to corporate as told but to no avail, there’s no live agents to speak with. So after continual digging and searching, I FINALLY found the complaint form and filled it out. Have I been contacted…NOPE!!!! Aldi is not the place to have an issue because it will not be resolved by ANYONE. If it’s concerning your money, consider it a lost because from the top on down to store employees, they will fail you for sure. Not returning to Aldi’s.

Seems like a majority of things that I buy at Aldis turns out to be poor quality. The Friendly Farms Low Fat cottage cheese was more like lumpy milk. Had to throw it away. Very limited selection and poor quality foods. I'm not saving money if I need to dump half the stuff I buy there in the trash. Will stick with paying crazy high prices at Giant Eagle.

Abysmal stock levels, new - popular - items introduced, added to our shopping list, then taken off the market, to be replaced by obscure, unpopular things. Examples: 'Fishmonger' Chunky Battered Cod - Gone. Replaced, it seems, with jumbo (pollock) fish fingers - which, it seems, no one wants: the freezers in three Aldi stores we visited today were stacked full of them - though the freezers below and to each side were completely empty. Ditto - Chicken chow mein - replaced by sweet and sour chicken. Again, no one seems to want it. Pea and Ham soup - gone. Replaced by lentil soup. I've never seen anyone buy it. Beef Bouginion - haven't seen it around here for over a year, yet it's listed on their website. Cheesecakes - formerly a good varied range. Now, you're lucky to find any at all. We used to spend around thirty pounds every week at Aldi, topping up at the nearby Tesco for the other things we couldn't get here. This morning, we spent eight pounds. only one third of the things on our list were in stock. It's pointless making the detour now, to visit Aldi. Someone needs to have a serious re-think: it's not ALL about being a penny cheaper here, or there - if you introduce an item and it's so popular that you run out of stock quickly, the answer is to ORDER MORE STOCK - not take it off the market!

Terrible service and care.

Worst place to buy online. First time they sent me the white mushrooms the way i can't eat, they are nasty, secound time they sent me bananas i can't eat, one week later i can't eat those bananas. The price when you check in on your list is one and when you pay is another one, i ordered breast chicken for $5.49 and at the end they charge me $9.59 and more things like that. The people they hiring to do the shopping for us they never did shopp for home and they grab everything, they don't care about what they bring to you. Shame on this place, Aldi is not a good place to buy!

This discounted grocery store is the best locally and when out and about, I enjoy Aldi's nice place friendly customer service, and discounted products. Aldis sometimes is my go 2 option for cheaper grocery's than Walmart, or Food lion etc. This so far is the best I would say for low prices.

The store Mgr was very rude & I will not be back at this store on Golf Rd in 60004. He is sarcastic, unprofessional & rude as a Mgr & should not be working with the Public! Disgusting experience the way we were treated!

If you enjoy paying for groceries and then watching a manager hand them off to a complete stranger, ALDI is the place for you.

I placed a grocery order, only to have the manager load my entire purchase into someone else's vehicle. When I approached him to rectify this blatant error, his response wasn't an apology or a solution—it was a dismissive "not my problem." Apparently, at this location, the customer is responsible for the manager’s inability to read a name on a screen.

The situation goes from incompetent to illegal: my order contained alcohol. Had the manager followed the law and performed a basic ID check, he would have immediately realized the person driving away with my goods wasn't me. By failing to verify the ID against the order name, he didn't just lose my groceries; he bypassed legal safety protocols.

Bottom line: ALDI has zero regard for your money, your time, or basic legal compliance. They are happy to take your payment and then treat you with total contempt when they hand your property to a random bystander. Save your money and go somewhere where the staff is actually literate and professional.

I went to the Aldi on Irvine Blvd in Tustin. I was shocked on how rude the cashier was and also the Manager, Heidi. I had to argue with the cashier that the 2 drinks SHE MISSED were mine! She threw my groceries in the basket and grabbed my empty basket and slammed it against the stand. When I spoke to the manager she didn't even care and proceeded to reprimand me for saying that her employee treated me like trash! I will never go back.

Der größte Pluspunkt ist das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis: die Preise sind durchweg niedriger als in den meisten großen Supermärkten, ohne dass man das Gefühl hat, große Abstriche bei der Qualität machen zu müssen. Fleisch, Milchprodukte, Weine und Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs sind für den Preis sehr gut, und einige Produkte (wie frischer Orangensaft, Sauerteigbrot, Gebäck und ausgewählte Bio-Artikel) können problemlos mit deutlich teureren Geschäften mithalten.

Das häufigste Problem, das mir aufgefallen ist und das viele andere Kunden ebenfalls erwähnen, betrifft die Frische des Obstes, insbesondere Erdbeeren, Mandarinen (Cuties) und einige verpackte Produkte, die teilweise Druckstellen haben oder schon leicht verdorben sind. Es lohnt sich daher auf jeden Fall, Obst und Gemüse vor dem Kauf sorgfältig zu prüfen. Einige Aktionsartikel, wie Pflanzen oder saisonale Produkte, sind ebenfalls mal gut, mal weniger gut, und gelegentlich treten auch Design- oder Verarbeitungsmängel bei bestimmten Produkten auf.

This review is on the Aldi Barissimo Eggnog pre ground coffee. This coffee was purchased for $4.99 for a 12 oz. bag or 42 cents/ounce. The description of this coffee is Eggnog flavored coffee and it is pretty much dead on. The coffee comes packaged in a traditional re-sealable mylar/foil bag with a standard de-gassing valve. The roaster claims 100% Arabica beans but that is all the information available. This coffee had an expiration date of one year in advance of the purchase date. The coffee seems to be roasted medium with a very light oily coating which I think is the added flavoring. While I know this is some sort of blend I wish the roaster would give a little more information about the coffee bean origin. The fragrance of this coffee is sweet and typical coffee and when brewing the aroma is of coffee and fresh eggnog with brandy. When cupping this coffee the aroma is of coffee and "real" eggnog. This coffee really shines with half and half or Italian sweet cream coffee creamer and tastes like it has real eggnog added. This coffee is smooth and well balanced not bitter and has very nice velvety mouth feel and a pleasant finish when creamers are used. This is a fine winter morning brew or as a desert coffee that I give 5 out of 5 stars.
This was really good tasting coffee. I used 60 grams of coffee with 1.2 liters of room temperature filtered water in an SCA certified automatic drip coffee maker. This coffee is a Christmas seasonal item at Aldi but it comes highly recommended when it is available and well worth the price.
