Thank you for sharing your feedback, and please accept our sincerest apologies. Hearing that you have been a loyal customer with us for over 6 years makes this especially difficult to read, as this is absolutely not the standard of service we aim to provide.

First, we are truly sorry that your recent orders took longer to dispatch than usual. Second, and most importantly, it is completely unacceptable that your emails regarding this were left unanswered. Being ignored is incredibly frustrating, and we completely understand why you feel let down after such a long and valued relationship with us.

We want to investigate exactly what went wrong with your shipments and find your missing emails to ensure this is properly addressed. Could you please provide us with your recent order numbers or contact details?

We deeply value your long-standing loyalty and genuinely want the chance to make this right and restore your trust in Alensa.

We're sorry to hear that your order took longer than expected and that the packaging was not in a language that was convenient for you.

Our standard delivery time is usually 2–4 business days from the shipment date, although delays can occasionally occur depending on stock availability or logistics conditions. We always display estimated dispatch times during the ordering process and in the order confirmation so customers can see when their items are expected to ship.

Regarding the packaging and instructions, many of the products we sell are supplied directly by the manufacturer, so the language on the box or leaflet may vary depending on the production batch and the country of distribution.

If you ever need help with product information, instructions, or anything else related to your order, our customer service team will always be happy to assist you.
