Absolute Scam - Charged for 2 months with zero service and zero support!
DO NOT use alera.fm. It is a complete waste of time and money. I have had an incredibly frustrating experience that feels like a total scam.
No Progress: I uploaded my music over a month ago, and it stayed "Under Review" the entire time.
Missing Content: Suddenly, the music I uploaded disappeared from my dashboard without any explanation or notification.
Zero Communication: I have sent multiple emails to their support team asking for updates, but I have received absolutely no response.
Stolen Money: Despite providing zero service, they have automatically charged me for two months of subscription fees.
They are happy to take your money but refuse to provide the service or even answer a simple email. Avoid this platform at all costs!

Hi Ang Xuan, we've processed a full refund for your subscription. Releases held at review are typically flagged for content issues (copyright or incorrectly declared Ai generated music) that need resolution before they can proceed.
