Pemala, thank you for taking the leap. A first real fur coat is a big step, and we completely understand the hesitation before ordering, so hearing that it felt worth every krona once it arrived means a lot. Glad it even beat the delivery estimate. Enjoy your first of hopefully many 🤎
I LOVE IT💕🌺✨💖
This jacket completely exceeded my expectations. From the moment I tried it on, I loved everything about it — the fit, the quality, the way it falls and how effortlessly good it feels to wear. It’s beautifully made and has that perfect balance of being stylish while still feeling timeless. Definitely one of those pieces you’re excited to reach for again and again. I couldn’t be happier with it.

Jenny, stylish yet timeless is the exact line we write on the wall when we design, so you have described the jacket better than our own product page does. Thank you for such a generous review, and for the hearts. We hope it stays one of the pieces you reach for season after season 🤎

I remember first finding an advert of your coats on Tiktok probably over a year ago maybe even two. It was two girls walking down the street with the cardigan and big fur hoods. I ordered it straight away and i’ve loved it ever since ❤️

Habiba, thank you for the honest words, and for the five stars on quality. You are right that our emails have not always been answered as quickly as they should, and we have just moved our whole customer service into one shared inbox so nothing slips through again. Delivery times we are working on too. If anything is still outstanding on your order, write to us at hello@alessa.se or via WhatsApp on https://alessa.se/pages/contact and we will take care of it straight away.
