Cosy and winter ready, just the way it should be! Thank you Poppy, we're so glad your jacket is keeping you warm and happy. 🤎
Elegant & luxurious
Elegant & luxurious
Absolutely in love with my Cenya black fur jacket. It’s elegant, timeless, and incredibly chic—the kind of piece that instantly elevates any outfit. The fur feels luxurious, the black is so sophisticated, and the fit is simply beautiful. A stunning addition to my wardrobe that I know I’ll wear for years. 🖤

Worst shopping experience I have ever…
Worst shopping experience I have ever had. First my item arrives and looks nothing like the picture. Then their return function on their website is «out of order» causing me to not be able to make a normal return. Therefore I had to send the package back with a separate postservice, which is fine. But now they won’t even pickup the package. It arrived almost a moth ago, and they still haven’t picked it up. This process has been absolutely horrible, and I am still waiting for my money back. Stay clear of this website. SCAM. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Kristine, we're truly sorry for how frustrating and drawn out this has been, and you have every right to be upset. A product that didn't match, a return that wouldn't work, and a refund you're still waiting on is not the experience we ever want anyone to have. We want to make this right and get your refund sorted as a priority. Please email us at hello@alessa.se or message us on WhatsApp via https://alessa.se/pages/contact with your order number, and we'll personally chase down your parcel and refund right away.
I had a very disappointing experience
I had a very disappointing experience. I contacted customer service multiple times to request a return for my item, but no one responded to my messages or provided any assistance. The lack of communication and support was extremely frustrating. I expected better customer service and would not recommend this company based on my experience.
