Eduard Tanase(mr Nobody)...Big shoutout and thanks to Alexander&Co,especially to mrs Mary O`leary for helping us find a house just how we liked it.Myself had a house rented from Alexander&Co a couple of years ago through mrs O`leary and this time she was the one who helped us with a viewing for the house we really like,she always went above and beyond for her customers,this time for us.Thank you Alexander&Co..thank you mrs Mary O`leary.

My experience with Alexander and Co has been awesome. Karen Robertson being my key worker listened and ensured the flat was in looked after and in good condition at all times. She is approachable friendly and easy to communicate with. She delivers good service with professionalism and commitment. Keep it up Karen and the team.

Jill (Sales progressor) has been fab!! She would always keep me in the loop despite working for the seller of the house we were buying.

Marking 3 stars as we were lied to about how many viewings were booked in to view the house we were viewing and our offer wasn’t passed on to the seller (after they had accepted another offer) even though legally it has to be. When we wrote a letter to the owners and posted it through their door, the owners wanted to go to best and final - where we won.

We also had an estate agent from A&C try and discredit the estate agency we were selling through.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!! this Estate Agent at all cost…..all friendly when you are their tenant but the minute you give notice everything changes. Both landlord and agency attempted to take half of my deposit for minor things. Unwilling to compromise I had to use TDS mitigation to resolve issue which they resolved very fairly. Absolute scammers…

I’ve recently moved into a properly managed by Alexandra & co in Buckingham. The property manager, Alex Eldred has been the most efficient and helpful so far. Any issues raised were handled in timely manner. He is always very professional and quick to respond.

I am currently a tenant in a property managed by Alexander & Co. We have been in the same property for over 10 years so have been with the estate agents since they were known as Claire Llyod Properties.
Our current property manager is Amber and I have to say that she has been amazing. We have had many property managers over the years and Amber is one of the best. She always calls back when she says she will, she is very quick at dealing with any issues and always passes our messages onto the landlady, which unfortunately is not the case with many agents.

Clint, Kaiden & Gill (Bicester office) were excellent throughout the whole process, from the initial listing of the property, through to completion.

Always on hand to assist and constantly keeping me in the loop regarding progress of the sale.

I would certainly recommend, and will engage their services for any future sale.

I have enquired about rental properties 3 times in the last 6 months at the Aylesbury branch and spoken to the same girl each time and each time she has been rude and arrogant. AVOIDat all cost if you can. Reading through the reviews there is a very clear pattern… yes they treat their clients (landlords) as they should but treat tenants and prospective tenants as if they were dirt on the bottom of their shoe. Remember… the landlords may be your clients but it’s the tenants who pay your wages. No wonder that estate agents are still viewed by the general public as being unprofessional and shady, this lot certainly keep the perception alive.

We used Alexander & Co when renting our property out. They have been great throughout the time we've been with them and property manager, Amber Blower, in particular, has always been very responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend them for managing a letting property.

They are awful when it comes to getting your deposit back.

It has been a great support from Ella Thornton, Property Manager. She has provided prompt responses and support always. It has been a great stay in HP202TF under the tenancy of Alexander&Co. I am a landlord and I have always been extremely pleased with the prompt attention to problems at my property. Amber always contacts me about any problems and ensures that I am happy with the price of repairs and then she always lets me know when they have been done. I know that I can contact her if I am concerned about anything and she will always do her best to help.

My initial contact was with Lara , who exceeded my expectations and is an asset to the company . year , 3 , i had the pleasure to have Amber , as my property manager , who again exceeded my expectations, was prompt , concise and treated me as an individual, listened and always sorted any issues , i may have had. As a Landlord, I've been very grateful for the high level of property management that A&C have provided over many years. Ella has worked exceptionally hard to ensure that the house is ready for new tenants - working with bathroom fitters and decorators, carpet suppliers, gardeners, heating specialists, Bucks CC and others, and efficiently managing the check in/out process. This is incredibly reassuring when living and working overseas. I commend Ella for her prompt responses and attention to detail to ensure that my house remains comfortable for tenants so that they can feel at home.

Aylesbury Sales - AVOID, poor service, poor communication, poor negotiation, poor attitude, and when you raise the issues they can't see any problems. Terrible estate agents, recommend going elsewhere, do not waste your time, energy or money on these disrespectful people.
