Alex made the experience of enquiring and then designing a ring so human. I had so many questions and she met all them with patience and guidance. I would absolutely return to her for more jewellery, she’s kind and interesting to work with and professional as well. She was also flexible and engraved my partners ring he already had to match my ring that she designed.

I was looking for a ring for my partners 30th, I came across Alexandra Finch Jewellery and she was super quick to respond and so so lovely. Every point of speaking was professional and making sure the details were correct but also like speaking with a friend! Seamless communication from start to finish, the ring has now arrived and it’s absolutely beautiful. The packaging and care cards were such a nice touch. I will definitely be getting myself one made in the future I can’t recommend enough ☺️

From the very first moment I contacted Alexandra, she was so pleasant and so helpful.

I had been struggling to find a jeweller that went down to such a small ring size and she confirmed that she didn’t (which is very rare to come by)

From that moment she directed me to her Instagram site which shows all of her jewellery.

From the very first moment, I knew that I could trust her with what I wanted to get my wife for our 6th wedding anniversary.

Our email chain is outrageous because I kept coming back with more questions but never at any point did she make me feel like any question was too small.

Once I had confirmed on the designed, she gave me an ETA of how long it would take for the ring to be made and it was all done on time.

When the ring came, it couldn’t have been more perfect. It actually made my wife and I a little emotional as I know how much love went into this and a pinky ring has always been something my wife has wanted. The fact that with such a small ring, our wedding date was engraved in the inside of the ring as-well which makes this such a precious piece of jewellery for us both.

The ring was so perfect, I couldn’t have wanted anything more from it.
