From the very beginning, Alex took the time to understand my background, including my previous fitness experience and the challenges I was facing getting back into a consistent routine. Alex's approach to âbringing me backâ into training was thoughtful and realistic, never overwhelming, but always pushing me just enough to rebuild confidence and momentum.
