Omer is an amazing instructor, explains everything in depth, always calm and helpful and just lovely in general. Couldn’t have done it without him! Will always be grateful to him, thank you :))

Had lessons for roughly 7 months with Sean, what a brilliant guy, helpful and supportive and can have a great laugh. Sean turned me from a nervous novice to a confident new driver. Would definitely recommend Alfies driving school and Sean to anybody.

I passed my driving test few days back with the help of Alfies team.I am grateful to Sir Omer he was very helpfull throughout the lessons.Always panctual.He guide me really well with rules and hazards...I would highly recommend and Appreciate...Thankx

I’ve had a few fails but Leon has been amazing at finding me suitable test dates & keeping the best communication while lifting my spirits along the way.

I started off my lesson with Graham who’s friendly calm & collective nature will have any new learner at ease.He has so much skill knowledge & experience ,so was able to learn & build confidence within my driving. He is incredible patient & is by far one of the best driving instructors I have ever had , & I’ve had a few! :)

I then ended my lessons with Davina her talent & dedication to her work is unmatched.Her kind & charming nature to her informative yet practical ways . She really has the ability to adapt the way she teaches to suite the individual person which has been a great comfort & help to me whilst learning to drive. I’ve really enjoyed my lessons with Davina & have become a confident & safe driver because of her help. She truly is an asset to the team & could not have learned from a better person.

Started off my driving lessons with a guy name Sean. Been the best instructor I've had through my whole driving lesson experience and would definitely recommend him to anyone who's looking to past first time also definitely recommend Alfie's to anyone aswell. Thanks to these I past my test first time with 3 minors. Thankyou for everything and the knowledge of driving.

I passed my test today and cannot recommend Alfie’s enough especially Sean! Sean was always on time, able to fit me in whenever he could and very knowledgable. I have had other driving instructors in the past but Sean has been the best. Thank you very much, I’m going to miss my lessons.

Can’t thank Alfie’s driving school enough. Had a few lessons before at other places and just didn’t click for me and just felt like another person to fill their books but with Alfie’s they actually took there time with me and they understand that every learner is different and no pressure to do things perfect straight away. I also want to give a massive shout out to Avril as she was amazing and without her I wouldn’t have passed. Top notch driving school and would definitely recommend to everyone.

Happy to say I passed a couple months ago and it’s all because of Dee. Her tweaks to previous lessons I had under different instructors made sure I had all the tools to smash my driving test

Many many thanks to Leon. Because of him I passed! Leon is Knowledgeable and highly skilled. He is extremely patient and never shout. I highly recommend to anyone who wants to pass and be safe on the road. And the price wasn’t too bad either. Thank you again LEON!!

Be awear this company discriminates especially Stephen! he only gives guarantee lessons to those with children! Everyone else can have the leftover rubish times and days! I was told this instructor does 9 till 5 but when i started my lessons with him he said i can't do Mondays or Fridays as those days are saved for those who have children only! I clarify that I haven't got a problem with people having standard holidays off like Xmas day. But my instructor Stephen wouldn't just have 2 weeks off for Xmas he would have nearly 2 months off! And every other week he be like no lessons next week as I won't be around then I'd see him around Havering giving lessons to other people, that's just sneaky. If his got a problem with me just tell me don't just take people's money if you got no intention of helping them to pass a test. stephen did not tell me not to book a test for September 29 2023 as he was going away. How can he as he never knows the exact dates he is going away and when he will be back so that's a lie. Iv never know a person who don't know the date they are going away & don't know the date they are coming back! How can anyone work around someone like that and book a test up! For example his just been away recently for several months and he said he will text me when his back to re start the lessons. He never did and I found out his back when he is driving other learners around Havering just sneaky and not nice! One time I had not heard back from him for such along time that I decided to text him to ask what's going on he sent my an rude reply back saying I told you I will tell you when I am back to do lessons don't disturb me! The other test I booked with Stephen I had to cancel as he said I'm not ready yet. Its not normal to have an instructor for 3yrs and not have an attempt at a test it must be his teaching or he has to be honest to me and just say this isnt for you so i can re assess the situation don't linger people on and take their money leave them waiting for months and give me or the rubbish slots! That's taking the mick out of me I'm not gonna put up with that. Even my colleagues at work say its not normal that I haven't had a test yet within 3 yrs of same instructor. People down my street say what's going on with your driving The Alfie car will come a few weeks then disappear for months then come for a few days then disappear again it's embarrassing. I feel ashamed that I recommend him to my sister who was a complete novice who he is treating her the same and she needs consistent lessons. I honestly don't think is fair or write what this man has done that's why I have spent time to write this. Its just disrespectful and a cheek to leave me waiting around thinking his still on holiday when I see him driving around with other learners. He should just be honest and say to me I don't want to teach you it is not working out. Or outright say i dont like you. I would have been fine with that. All the lies and messing me around is not on. He is nothing but a hustler and a cheat.

I recently completed an intensive driving course with Leon. After 18 hours of lessons spread over a week and a half, I was able to pass first time. I was really pleased with Leon’s style of teaching - it was intense, as the name of the course suggests, but Leon was also very patient when needed and made the lessons fun. He's a fantastic instructor. Highly recommend!

My instructor was Stephen and although there was nothing wrong with his teaching his behaviour is something to be desired of. He has a holiday or gap every few months always promises to contact you when back never does. You are left waiting weeks not knowing what's happening while you see him driving around with other learners. This makes me feel very upset like I've done something wrong to deserve this or he just can't be bothered with me. He must be contacting some students otherwise I wouldn't keep seeing him driving around with learners probably his favourite ones while the rest are left weeks months wondering what's happening. He also ca only seem to provide me with only one or 2 days available for a lesson in the week he monday thursday and Friday has given learners allocated times every week. Meaning that if you do shiftwork like me your gravely disadvantaged with learning with this instructor. Thanks for ruining my confidence and my first ever driving experience. Very disappointing I expected better of him.

I’ve had a great experience with Alfie’s school. Really helpful and prompt at booking a practical test - passed first time. My instructor Nabil was great throughout the process - would highly recommend to anyone.

My instructor, Simon, was incredibly helpful in teaching me to drive and getting my license. He was strict but reassuring to make sure I was absolutely ready to take the test. I passed my driving exam first time and I couldn’t be happier

My instructor was sean he would make sure my mistakes would not get the better of me and would always motivate me to get better and explains everything in detail for me to understand better.

I had previously learnt with a different instructor and company where it didn’t work out. After having a year out I contacted Alfie’s and Sean became my instructor. I was nervous to start lessons again but this quickly faded. Sean got my confidence back within minutes of starting the first lesson and put me at ease throughout our lessons. He is a fantastic instructor who I couldn’t recommend highly enough. The watsapp group with up to date information and top tips was also a great help. Thank you for helping me to pass.

Couldn’t have done it without him, he is a very knowledgeable, patient and funny instructor.
He does not only prepare you for the test but for driving in general.
I would highly recommend Alfie’s/Tony to anyone wishing to start the learning to drive journey.
