Ideal product and very friendly service. Nice banter.

Plates protected with wrapping, however external cardboard box was damaged even though a ‘fragile’ sticker was clearly visible

Excellent customer service. Needed a picnic hamper urgently and as we were roughly on route to the NEC good food show where Alfresco were an exhibitor the owner delivered the basket to us directly. Can’t get better than that. Product is great too.

The acrylic wine glasses are very nice although still take up quite a bit of room even though they stack. The small water glasses will be perfect for soft drinks outside, assuming we ever get a summer.
