Support is slow and everything is a hit or miss, rewards take ages to credit but otherwise 1.5% is pretty good for a non-credit card card for rewards. Update - Raising this to 4 stars as the reward... もっず芋る

A waste of time

Sent them my Driving License and the picture of my face as they requested, then they refused to open an account. Their support people are just drones who copy-paste scripts, as can be noted in other reviews on here. I have chosen to escalate my complaint to the Financial Ombudsman.

(To be clear, there is absolutely nothing wrong with my ID. I have used it, alongside my face, to apply for things on my phone around 10 times by now.)

Fantastic bank! can only recommend

Fantastic bank! Have been with them from the start and seeing how they are consistently putting out new features flawlessly, I can not recommend algbra enough. Don't even let me get started on how good it feels to know that my money is stored in a place that cares about making the world a better place for everyone, including future generations to come.
