congratulations on the eval, perfect great trading and effort its man and machine, been good to watch you develop the skills and follow the zero to hero and stick it out that puts you in the 5% bracket - work is the last thing most traders want - but you know from work comes success... great to have you onboard

This is yet another misleading review from the banned trader PK. One of multiple defamatory reviews he has attempted to post, with the clear intent of damaging our reputation and business.

Before launching his campaign on Trustpilot, this individual even sent an email threatening to harm our business unless his trial was reinstated. His claims, including mandatory timezone settings, false accusations about hundreds of exe software installations, and baseless statements regarding NinjaTrader incorporating our technology, and banning him in anger, are entirely fabricated.

His frustration and attempts at defamation stem from being removed from discord and the products, after the community, having witnessed his rude, abusive and toxic posts and disruptive behavior, unanimously rejected him. As a result, he was removed from Discord, blacklisted, and had his AFT trial revoked—all within a few hours of joining. His conduct included excessive support demands, abusive, rude and self-entitled, showing a lack of basic technical competence, and an inability to follow fundamental trading or software setup instructions. Despite being politely informed of his removal via email, he proceeded with a smear campaign.

This individual has demonstrated little technical ability, struggling with even the most basic tasks such as downloading an installer, creating a chart, or configuring data in NinjaTrader—failing to grasp simple concepts like the need for historical data to generate bars. Upon signup, we clearly outline our rules and expectations, which must be accepted before joining. These serve as a filter, ensuring that members meet a minimum skill and trading experience threshold to foster a high trading iq community. fully committed to attend the zero to hero program in discord self assist + assisted 1 to 1 if required, - grab the wheel drive and learn by action, the basics progressively- no need to go under the hood open mind etc.

While some individuals may slip through the net, this isn’t an issue if they are self-sufficient, willing to learn, and able to level up using their own skills, discipline, and trading intelligence. However, those who fail to adapt, refuse to follow guidance filter themselves and quit, those who disrupt the community with toxic behavior are kicked banned and blacklisted from all products as is the case with this trader.

This Trust Pilot Fake Review situation presents a dilemma: allow toxic behavior to persist in exchange for maintaining a perfect rating, or remove disruptive individuals and risk retaliation. We choose to uphold the integrity of our community and the quality of our trading environment. Our focus remains on supporting serious traders—many of whom post live trading results with profits reaching up to $15K per day. (this trader wont be one of them...could have been...) They deserve the highest standards, both in technology and community culture.

1000% this is by a jealous vendor or a disgruntled fake reviews company working with other NT trading Vendors as we refuse them every week to post fake reviews here,.

This is a fake review -this person has never used the system - is not registered has never been in support room or the help desk or the groups - We get bombarded by mail from India every day almost to buy and add fake trust pilot reviews - which we add to spam and deny, so it is probably one of them trying top push us to buy fake reviews or its a vendor trying to make us look bad.

Note Dear Reader:
AFT has documented videos of turnkey workspaces all of which obviously have a stoploss and risk control- that would incredibly dangerous not to have... and so its easy to see the review is 100% a calculated lie to cause damage by saying it doesn't. It's like accusing Tesla of selling cars with no brakes.

Yes 100% agreed trading is simple but not easy - AFT is not for the average trader - that means only for the top 20% of which you are.
It requires a combo of man and machine, motivation and routine is the key to success- and results of each trader will definitely vary as will each traders plan and nuances. thank you for your time and review.

I was shocked and sorry to see this horrifically fake review score and i was also sorry to see the sales dept response so i have decided to clarify:
1) you have not joined or attended the support group after multiple invitations and so you were not able to receive the support and education provided.
2)The service is clearly marked for self-assisted traders to use the support materials and ask if they are gaps for which we add - maybe this was not clear enough it certainly should be now
3) As you you did not attend the support and education zero to hero you were unable to follow the basic instructions and read the information for each stage so this lead to your confusion
4)Your questions sent to the help desk have been audited and were answered within hours fully providing all the relevant articles far beyond what you asked.
5) you liked the product and recognize the relevance thank you, it is provided free but traders must be able to read and self assist there is no butler service which is what you wanted. You will need to find a service that does hand holding and spoon feeding this is not it.. I'm sure a person of your intelligence will understand it is not economical viable to provide 1 to 1 premium support for free users.
Our support service is 100% bang on for premium and 1 to 1 as the other reviews attest the free self assisted support does need more resources this is true and time will have. i wish you all the best in your quest.

Awesome excellent to hear this and thank you for the time for the review. sounds like the trading gods were generous enough that week :-) The pending news cycle alignment made things quite range bound and tricky, a week of consolidation which did break to test the monthly high and low was a bonus, but with a fair few false and frothy starts not raining gold every day. So some traders over traded and didn't do what you did, It's very gratifying and quite amazing to hear of such rapid progress and absorption of what it all is and we honored to have you on board with ATS and look forwards to interactions with you on trading nuances, features and setups as we roll out more optimal variants to our VIPs to try and tweak to fit.

Wow i had to read this 5 times with a big smile. This is really what makes it worth all the effort and reward of running ATS products - you get all the levels we are pitching at. In truth none of this was going to be released at all, use it and keep it for me only, and i had retired from retail trading, but prior contacts and fans, traders were contacting and asking directly for a NT8 from MicroTrends Ltd, so we provided AFT8 hewn from a real production managed futures hedge fund and brought to retail along with the AWT also released to retail as the partner for AFT. Thank you for this wonderful review Steven was joking with me how much did we pay for it?
