Packaging methods can occasionally vary depending on order composition, stock location, and courier requirements, however this should never detract from the overall brand experience or give the impression of reduced care.

Please note that invoices are now increasingly provided digitally as part of our sustainability efforts, which may explain their absence in the parcel. That said, we fully appreciate your comments regarding presentation and the additional touches you have previously enjoyed, and this feedback has been shared internally with our fulfilment team to ensure greater consistency going forward.
