Genuine products, reliable service
Although super sceptical, I placed an order for 2 different vapes to see what happened. Although my order was split into 2 separate orders, I was not asked for any extra postage.
I received Australia Post tracking numbers for both and each arrived within days,well packaged and definitely the genuine article.
I cannot find fault with the product or service. Thank you 🙏

Beware !!! scammers and bunch of thieves
They’re scammers, will require you transfer to a Bank account then claim the account is now limited to access so no Goods; will share another bank account details and offer you double the order if you do another transaction. Total fraud and reported to the police… they’ll block your WhatsApp number afterwards.

This person is not our customer. There is no proof of any order, payment, or tracking connected to them. These claims are false and appear to come from a competitor or someone hired to damage our reputation. We operate legitimately, provide verified tracking, and deliver genuine products to all real customers.

Slow delivery
I ordered on Friday and the product still hasn't been shipped. The label has been created with AusPost but nothing else. Way too slow! I didn't realise some bloke was walking them to me from Sydney 😑

The customer placed an order with the wrong address. After we dispatched the order, the customer emailed us the correct address. However, since the parcel has already been shipped, we are unable to change the address. Only the courier company can help with this.
