I purchased a subscription from AliDrop, and they charged me $115 without any prior notice or permission.
I requested a refund, but they refused to return my money.
Their customer service is unhelpful and avoids giving clear answers.
This experience feels like a scam, and I warn others to be careful before subscribing.
I hope AliDrop resolves this issue and refunds my $115 promptly.

I tried to cancel my recurring plan before free plan ends but the internet doesnot work in my country well due to the war then next day i wrote to them there is something wrong happened and i need my money back they didnot listen and negotiated with me to 25% refund then they made it 50 .. kind of wierd and i didnot accept that but there is no choice for me i thought alidrop is helpful but it was very bad experience

Terrible company to work with. I canceled and then was charged a few weeks later. When I contacted them they explicitly told me when I canceled it went to the lower tier. I kept explaining to them I thought I was canceling all services and even shared screenshots of the account which literally said "Canceled". They thanked me for the screenshots but robotically kept standing their ground and then threatened me saying they had all logs and would fight to the death so I couldn't get a refund because I was in the wrong. I was absolutely NOT in the wrong. They play games! Luckily my credit card is awesome and with my evidence I got my total refund back. They assured me I wouldn't be charged again but I do not trust them.

Now, I'm trying to cancel the entire account and it's a pain. They came back initially and said "We don't have an account under that email." Which is a lie. That's the email the account it under. I replied with a screenshot to prove it to them. I'm now waiting for another reply. They play really dirty games. I would steer far and away from this company. There are much better Dropshippers out there that don't operate unethically like this. (CJ) I am warning you to stay away from this company.

Do not use this business, there is no way to cancel subscription and take out $79 per month without permission, impossible to cancel, I need to close my account with bank and get new account, DO NOT USE THEM!!!

This app is a scam.
First of all, I never received any reminder or notification before money was withdrawn from my bank account.
After noticing the charges, I explicitly requested in writing to close my account. I received a written confirmation stating that no further charges would be made.
Despite this, the following month another charge was taken anyway, without my consent.
I never received any refund, and customer support completely failed to solve the issue.
This is unprofessional, dishonest, and unacceptable behavior.
I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this app and be very careful with your payment details.

Het bedrijf haalt geld van de rekening zonder dat er geld vanaf gehaald mag worden. Het verzint abonnementen om zo geld van de rekening te kunnen halen. Mijn abonnement was opgezegd en account was verwijderd en het bedrijf wou nog geld van mijn rekening halen waardoor ik mijn rekening heb moeten blokkeren.

This alidrop.co is a 100% FRAUD, I check their service last January 22, 2026 and after that day I never use their platform at all, there is email notification at all from them, there is no option to remove the card. Last March 15,2026 I received 2 unathorized deduction in my card for 114.99$ each, I reported it to them, luckily I spoke to Mr. Kevin a good support who helped me file a refund, then this March 20,2026 I received an email from Leah (one of their support) that they will not provide me any refund. This Alidrop.co is clearly a fraud, they don't even have a social media accounts too, they will charge your card without consent at all. NEVEE TRUST THIS FRAUD Website and Fake company! ALIDROP.CO

Trial was taken on the platform Alidrop.co for 7 days. Paid 1,99 USD for the trial. Cancelled the trial subscription before automatic renewal on the same day, as can be attested by the print screen i made. Used Apple pay, unfortunately direct debit and not by credit card, so the payment was unprotected and a chargeback couldn't be made. Upon renewal I was fully charged anyway by this fraudulent/scammer company, for a new month of Pro subscription + 25% overcharge, totalling 74,99 USD. Upon contacting customer support, a non existing agent called Kevin told me i forgot to cancel my trial, however, I saw him going on my Alidrop account and manually adjusting the date from March 13th till April 13th. This is clearly malicious behaviour on part of this company, and a clear sign of a purposed scam, and not an accidental mistake. The print screen I had with the cancellation of the trial clearly visible was ignored multiple times by this company, which is a further evidence that they are scamming users on purpose. They refused to provide a charge back of the amount spent and continued to ignore the hard proof that the subscription was cancelled on time. Because of the direct debit authorization, we can't make a charge back of the fraudulently stolen amount nor can we cancel future debits. This is why i had to completely change bank accounts in order to prevent further future charges. Since they clearly acted maliciously, there's no guarantee they won't do the same in the following month(s). This company acts malicious, as can be attested by the many reviews on unauthorized charges at different online sources, among which trustpilot and BBB.

I'd advise anyone to NEVER enroll on this horrible platform, you'll be overcharged and scammed, for a horrible platform in itself.

Save yourself time and money, and stay away from this company, along with all of their subsidiaries!

Scam Scam SCAM. Stay as far as you can. Don't even try to open their website, or they will steal your details and charge your account without your consent.

A scam company.I got ripped off of this company.They made an unauthorized major transaction from my bank account despite me not having any subscription. Then Leah at the customer service refused to provide proof or logs of my subscription or answer any questions.She stopped responding. This is a fraudulent company. Do not use the service of this company.

I am absolutely blown away by my recent experience on AliExpress. I managed to snag several high-quality products for just $0.03 thanks to their incredible welcome deals and promotional discounts. It honestly felt too good to be true, but the items arrived and they are fantastic!

Money hungry company. I contacted customer service to tell them my store closed within a month because it was just a try out. Guess what? They don’t wanna refund me! Even tho i never planned on subscribing.
Obviously this is their way of making money and I would try to avoid this company at all costs and look out for a more professional one.
Dropship was a try out.. as a single mom trying to make some extra money for some food in the fridge these costs are just too much and its very sad and not human they wouldn’t just refund if you see that its a MISTAKE!
if this was a succesfull company that doesn’t have to thrive on scamming.

J’ai souscrit à une période d’essai de 7 jours à 1 €, suivie d’un prélèvement de 52 €.
Après ce débit, j’ai suspendu l’abonnement pendant un mois.

Lorsque j’ai voulu annuler définitivement, aucun bouton d’annulation clair n’était disponible dans l’espace client. Face à cette impossibilité, j’ai supprimé ma carte bancaire via le prestataire de paiement afin d’éviter tout nouveau prélèvement.

Malgré cela, un débit a quand même été effectué, alors que l’abonnement était suspendu et que les moyens de paiement avaient été supprimés.

Le service client refuse tout remboursement, se retranchant derrière des conditions générales, sans tenir compte de l’absence de mécanisme d’annulation fonctionnel.

À ce jour, aucune facture professionnelle conforme n’a été fournie, ce qui est particulièrement problématique dans un cadre professionnel.

Résultat : obligation d’engager une procédure de contestation bancaire.
Expérience très négative, manque de transparence et parcours client volontairement complexe.
Je déconseille fortement.

No warnings about upcomming payments, haven't even used the website in 3 months, and now they suddenly charge me?
A strict no refund policy is bullshit.

Very bad customer service. The support team is extremely slow and unhelpful, and my issue was never resolved.
I was charged USD 300 without receiving a refund, even though the billing plan clearly showed USD 10. This charge was unexpected and not properly explained, and despite contacting support multiple times, I did not get a refund or a clear response.
This experience was very disappointing and misleading. I do not recommend this service to anyone.

Hi I accidentally signed up not knowing the fees. They say 14 days free they charged me straight away. When I tried to cancel immediately it doesn’t let you click cancel. Almost like you can’t cancel once u sign up they lock u in. Thy should be investigated seriously. That’s illegal.

I do not recommend them, they are misleading and membership charges are expensive compared to other reputable competitors like DSers.
There is no email sent to you with details about membership or details on benefits, so you don't really get confirmation on which membership level you have selected.
They almost want you to forget that you signed up for the Free Trial and then they go ahead and charge you in the background for the "Empire" Membership (advertised as $99/month but charged as $114/month) until you notice they have signed up for one of the highest levels instead of the advertised starter package of $39.99/month which they charge as $54/month. I don't trust businesses that are not upfront with their charges.

I paused my account and they continued to charge me. When I asked them why - they said that at my end the account is Paused, but at their end it is active and hence they charged me. They said that the PAUSE only exists for a month, however, could not show me one place on the website that states that the pause automatically gets removed on their internal system (without notifying the customer or updating it for the customer) and the charges begin! When I continued to question them - sent an automatic response to me saying that they have huge number of emails to respond to and a ticket has been raised (not ticket number provided). Please don't subscribe to them!

Beware, they say at checkout a price then charge a lot more to your card. 3x more in my case
