Alien is a digital product studio. We design and build digital products from the initial idea through to a full-scale launch: strategy, UI/UX, web development, mobile apps, backend, and motion design. We take responsibility for the entire product rather than just one part of it. Design and development happen within the same team, so nothing gets lost in handoffs between a design agency, contractors, and whoever ultimately handles the launch. This also means we're responsible not only for the mockups, but for the launch itself - deployment, monitoring, and analytics are all part of our work. We start with the problem, not with a finished technical specification. If you don't have one, we run the discovery process ourselves, define the requirements, and establish the project scope. We work in sprints with weekly demos, and from day one you have access to the repository and task tracker - so you can see the progress as it happens instead of waiting three months for a final reveal.
