We apologise for the initial delay relating to the paperwork and the confusion around the delivery schedule. We understand how frustrating that must have been, especially after waiting for your meals.

Regarding your concerns about portion sizes, we have 400g available if you would like to consider in the future. And the enchilada meal not meeting expectations, we take this feedback seriously. Your comments about the ingredients and presentation will be shared directly with our kitchen and quality control teams for review.

We would also like to clarify that our team did engage with you via live chat at the time. Unfortunately, as the chat ended before we received a response, our staff were not given the opportunity to further address your concerns or offer a resolution. We sincerely regret that this gave the impression that we were unwilling to make things right, as that was certainly not our intention.

We genuinely value the opportunity to resolve issues when they arise.

We just wanted to provide you with an update regarding your order.

We just received confirmation from your Plan Manager that meal preparation (Core Support) is unfortunately not included in your current NDIS plan. As a result, we’re unable to proceed with the order at this time.

We have processed a refund for your partial payment, and the funds should be returned to your original payment method shortly.

Should there be any changes to your NDIS plan in the future, we would be more than happy to assist you. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at any time.

We’re also sorry to hear that the 250 g meals didn’t feel satisfying for you. Everyone’s appetite and dietary needs are different, so we’d recommend trying our larger portion sizes — we offer 350 g, 400 g, and 500 g meals that may suit you better.
