I returned an item 1/5 over two weeks ago and they emailed to say they had received it on the 6/5.
I noticed on their page it says up to ten days to process return. Iâve been in contact with the customer service because imo it shouldnât take that long to process one item which cost me £179. The customer service said to wait until
The tenth day because thatâs the maximum days it should take and to email them that morning if I hadnât heard.
I did l, but then they replied that it wasnât the end of the day. Which in my options is absolutely ridiculous. And a real waste of my time.
They then said to email tomorrow morning, which would make it the 11th day. Itâs an absolute farce. It doesnât take much time to check an order and I dislike being faffed around with.
They then said itâs because of the Bank Holiday, which doesnât include me because they received the item on the 6/5 so they canât use that as an excuse

Iâd really like a refund for my item and donât really wish to wait another couple of days because Iâm beginning to get quite irate at their lack of urgency for their customers.

Really disappointing service. Not only do they charge for returns but the whole process is really slow!! It's been two weeks since they've received my parcel and I still don't have the refund. After contacting them I received a patronising email telling me to wait ! Not what I expected and not a brand I would recommend

Lovely clothes. Sizing really mixed though resulting in need to return which they refused to accept within policy only allowing credit. Customer service slow and poor.

Refund still not received 14 days after my return was delivered. Iâve emailed 3 times and been completely ignored. Lack of communication and failure to process refunds properly is very disappointing.

I love this company, their clothes are effortlessly stylish, very flattering, excellent quality and affordably priced.
I have bought from them variously a great olive velvet fitted jacket, a punchy red cord jacket, a Ali McGraw /70's inspired tie waist cord blazer, three different denim dresses, a beautiful mint green crop jacket, a denim bolero and cool silver grey denim long line fitted blazer. All of which attract compliments all the time.
I have bought from Liberty's or online but also more recently went to their sample sale. I regretted not having bought the denim bolero and contacted them to see if it was still possible to buy after their sale and Jodie kindly organised this for me very efficiently.
The staff I met at the sale were all super helpful and clearly committed to the brand

Itâs ALL about the experience which at Aligne is amazing. I have never bought anything from Aligne before and my first order was a dress. When my parcel arrived, it actually had a different item in it BUT the experience of dealing with Jodie in customer services was amazing. She quickly and efficiently sorted the issue. Sent the dress that was ordered and helped to process the return so it was hassle free. Fabulous service and the dress is gorgeous
I've changed my review because I can't believe a breakthrough has actually happened apparently the reason why the refund was given because oughta it was automatic and there wasn't a place for me to navigate to actually let them know that I need an exchange so some cross wires were there but the fact that they have the efforts to come back to me so that they can request for me to have another goal at choosing a smaller size I am very happy at least I don't have to repurchase it again but a higher rate because I did actually paid for them in the sample cell the quality of their clothes are magnificent I get so much compliments on when I'm wearing one of their pieces you can just tell that they are carefully in well-made and they are worth it. Originally I did have a one-star not because of the clothes but because of the customer service but they have listened to me about the negative side of their customer service and they have now come back to try and change that which I think is very honorable so they deserved to have a better rating than one star the fact that they are willing to do that and come back and not neglect their customers the five star for me already
