Aligned is a therapist matching service based in the UK. We match you with the right therapist based on what you actually need - not just who has availability. Finding a therapist is harder than it should be. Most people spend hours browsing directories, reading profiles that all sound the same, and hoping for the best. That is not a good way to start something as personal as therapy. We do it differently. You have a short matching conversation with Ally, our AI matching agent, covering what you are going through, what you want from therapy, and the practical details (budget, location, availability). Our team then reviews everything and finds a therapist who fits - not just on paper, but in the ways that actually matter: therapeutic style, personality, experience with your situation, and how they work. You receive one carefully matched therapist at a time, with a clear explanation of why we think they are right for you. If they are not, we search again. Rematching is always free, with no limit. The service is completely free for clients. Therapists set their own rates - typically £55-75 per session, with concession rates often available. We cover in-person therapy in Oxfordshire and Bristol, and online therapy across the whole of the UK. All therapists are qualified, registered professionals.
