The prices are unbeatable, and their selection is very ample. I always receive my orders intact and in a timely manner, especially considering being shipped from overseas. I just got a Penhaligon's The Blazing Mister Sam Eau De Parfum, and let me tell you!! Loooove it!! Smells amazing and lasts at least 5 hours on skin. The service, as usual, is excellent the only thing is they respond within 72 hours after you ask a question.

I have been shopping with Aliona store for 5 years or better now and my purchases have been great and the shipping has been amazing and timely and the prices for authentic products well I just can’t say enough great things about Aliona store. This company is a complete scam and one of the worst businesses I have ever dealt with online. Based on my experience and numerous reviews from other customers, there are serious concerns about the legitimacy of this company, with many people claiming they sell counterfeit or fake products.

The customer service is terrible, and the products themselves appear to be highly questionable—a very bad combination. Unfortunately, I was unaware of these issues when I placed my order. After waiting for weeks and repeatedly following up, I discovered that my order had not even been fulfilled.

The lack of communication and accountability was extremely frustrating. Today, I had no choice but to cancel the order and request a refund. This was one of the worst online shopping experiences I have ever had, and I would strongly advise others to avoid doing business with this company.

Selling 100% fake fragrances as they don’t have any authentic ones. They refunded me after sending me 3 fake bottles. I knew what the real deal looked and smelled like so I spotted the fakes real quick and got my money back, i feel bad for people who don’t know and think they got the real deal!! STAY AWAY.

An impressive fraud operation. Make no mistake, these people are scammers and will send you fake fragrances in counterfeit bottles. With fake accounts astroturfing through reddit (who's only activity seems to be on posts about this company and only to say good things about them), and along with fabricating reviews on trustpilot along with their own site, this is really insidious. I received a counterfeit bottle of a 30ml nasomatto black afgano, which i compared against a sample of the real thing. Smells nothing alike, along with defects in the packaging. Stay far far away, and consider yourself lucky if you came across this before buying.

Do not read any reviews here that are positive. This was a a scam website selling fake fragrance. Trust me I ordered a few and can speak back first hand. The juice is not real.

! COUNTERFEIT !Received a counterfeit Viktor and Rolf Perfume. It was pathetic.

I placed an order for Creed Virgin Island Water. Eight business days passed and my order had not been filled. There business address according to their website says Germany. However, they are in the Ukraine. Someone responded right away, and said the Creed was out of stock, and that they were refunding me. I replied thank you and ask about their location. It is in the Ukraine. Well, we know that things are hellish there right now. I will order something else. This is birthday gift so I could not wait for the item to become available.
