AliPearl’s customer service went above and beyond in my opinion. They helped me with my cap size and kept me informed the entire time. They were polite/friendly/helpful. That in itself was worth the 5 stars, but truthfully my wig is beautiful. Best hairline and part (this always ruins wigs in my opinion when the knots are so obvious and your part has the grid and knots showing even after bleaching etc. The knots are invisible and the hair is soft and a gorgeous shade of chocolate brown. I’m fully in love and for me I love a good strap…the strap is secure and awesome, even comes with silicone grips on it plus the regular hooking straps along the base and combs. This unit is everything and I believe it’s the best wig I’ve ever owned. Hands down get it if you’re thinking about it. I might even purchase the same one with different lengths when I want to really feel myself.

My wedding is Saturday and I ordered my wig on Sunday . It says the shipping is 2-5 business days( false) . They took my money and confirmed my order . The next day I reached out because I wanted to ensure my wig arrived before Saturday .They responded the following day exclaiming that “unfortunately my wig wasn’t in stock and I should opt out for a closure wig” I paid over $400 for a 13 x 4 closure with 250% density . I said that that’s not what I ordered and if it wasn’t in stock why did you all allow me to purchase it? Usually, on more professional sites if the item is out of stock it isn’t available for purchase . This confirmed that they just wanted my money . I am still txting and reaching out asking for a refund and they’re ignoring me . Again my wedding is Saturday!!! If they couldn’t fulfill my order in the allotted time with the shipping details that they adversities (2-5 business days ) then they should’ve refunded me my money with a smile on their face !! I am a federal worker and I work hard for my money . So since they’re causing a mishap with my wedding I’m suing them . I hate unprofessional business as I am a business owner myself !!! Do not order from them at all !!!

I ordered a wig that I wanted custom size cap because I have a small head! It was also suppose to be pre-cut lace! When I got the wig the cap was small and wasn’t the issue the issue was the lace was not cut evenly at all! One side of the front of my wig was completely cut off! Of course if you cut off too much of the lace you can’t fix or wear it! This company ignored my emails & text messages on that WhatsApp’s! They continue to not apologize or take accountability that their machine didn’t cut it properly! But instead it became my issue because I ordered a custom wig it’s non-returnable or refundable! I could understand that if I wanted to return it because I just didn’t like it! But for the wig being cut incorrectly I’ve have not been able to wear it at all! They offer to make me pay to send it back to china! They offered to have me have someone else fix their mistake and they would pay for it! I told her it is not able to be fixed! I continued to go back and forth and being ignored and I had to even dispute the charges and I called the better business bureau! I have shown proof that the wig they sent was terribly done and shouldn’t have even been put in the box and sent to someone! I have this wig done June 21st and they have done nothing to satisfy their customer! The last offer was I can return and they would only give me half my money back or half off another wig! Again i don’t feel that’s right they sold me something that was poorly made!!! I have never in my life experienced a business that refuses to fix their mistake!!! Do not order from these people! If I have to file a lawsuit I will because the way the way they treated me after they got my money and I still have no wig! I had a special event and it was ruined because i couldn’t be caught dead in this trash they sent me!!! Scam Artist!!! She even told me just cut the other side off and then their would be no hair in the front! I’m so disappointed and angry!

The texture of the hair is amazing. Delivery was fast. I'll definitely buy again from alipearl .

I think the main thing with me was how speedy the shipping was, I can be a little inpatient especially when it comes to hair, I literally received my wig in like 4 days, the process was seamless and the way they communicate with their customers makes it even better, I definitely see many more orders in my future. The wig is beautiful, haven’t installed yet or I would post pictures, thanks Alipearl you guys rock!!!!!

The wig I received was supposed to be a 20 inch. It looks looks like a 14 inch. The lace feels hard. It fits like a baseball cap. It doesn't feel natural. I asked them for a refund I got no response. I want to send this wig back. I want be ordering anything else from this company. I saw the wig advertised on TikTok . It looks horrible. Please don't order from them. You will be very very disappointed. I feel I lost my money. I don't want anyone else to end up like me. OQ hair has the best wigs. Order from them. You want be disappointed.
