Alisha’s perspectives on conscious parenting really helped me to look at things differently with my daughter. She’s really helped me with every day situations which used to get me so frustrated, whereas now I’ll stop to think ‘what is she trying to communicate to me?’ She’s so understanding and supportive, her advice comes from her own experience and she speaks from her heart. Alisha's warm, friendly energy and style helped me grasp something quite complicated & overwhelming for me in my HeartMind business, into something fun and easy. Alisha has a way of knowing how to communicate to you personally, so that you understand and follow what to do in a way that empowers you to continue on your own, knowing she's there if you need her anytime. I certainly will be working with her again. She's known as The Mindset Mentor for a good reason & I would recommend using her services.

Alisha is a very gifted coach and a beacon of light of what a happy embodied life should be whilst also understanding that there will be challenges and it is in that vulnerable showing up that Alisha really leads by example that no matter who you are … what you can become is so much more… a beautiful human being.

Alisha has been the change that I desperately needed. She encouraged me to explore and evaluate many aspects in my life that impacts on my feelings and my behaviour towards myself and others. This has helped me to be more conscious in how I react in situations but more importantly to understand myself and my frustrations. Alisha helped me to believe in self love which was the most difficult part and took some time, but it has been the biggest game changer, this love is now starting to radiate onto my family and others around me.
